Speaking of confrontations, I just added the one from 11/27/95 when Dru goes to Keesha's place... the look of fear on Keesha's face when she opens the door and then Dru pushes in anyway... 😅

So just to keep everyone up to date, there's been a lot of 1995-1996 added to the Vault. @Bundy1965 added all available episodes in German and also helped me by figuring out all of the dates of a huge number of clips in English that I found on an old hard drive. And when I say clips, the clips are sometimes more than half an episode (it's over 365 clips) and about 50 hours total, so it's pretty awesome! The person who originally uploaded to YouTube mainly covered the Matt Clark/Nick and Sharon storyline ( @fivethej might be interested in that) and the Olivia/Nathan/Keesha drama (I think @yrfan1983 was looking for that) and mostly skipped the Phyllis/Danny stuff but there's a little of that too. And at least whatever is not there in English is usually there in German. I also added some Behind the Scenes stuff, old game shows, and Melody Thomas Scott's Intimate Portrait. Always hoping for more contributors to the Y&R Vault or if anyone has old VHS needing to be converted, feel free to DM me.

On daytime today they wouldn't air four minutes of anything, especially not anything that mattered. I mean it puts Brock and Gina breaking into "America the Beautiful" into a whole new perspective. They cheated the audience out of a lot.

As I recall, they didn't at first until people complained. It won't get picked up by most sites because it's not part of "Season 50."

Maybe someone from Canada can take a screen recording of this for the Vault? It doesn't seem to be up on CBS. OBS Screen recorder is free and works well.

On Y&R during these weeks, Jill and Stuart's divorce was heating up, Greg learned the truth about Nikki's slutty past (this is a few weeks after she killed her father), and most importantly, Kay realized that Suzanne has been gaslighting her. The week of 6/18, Kay is assumed dead in a fire at the sanitarium and then attends her own funeral. Pretty good stuff! Awesome! Thanks so much.

That's really good! A very old school slow build. I can imagine him singing "you say it best, when you say nothing at all" like JT used to sing to Colleen.

I'm curious how you would write it if you care to post. For me, it's that I so hate stories where people make impossible comebacks that I would want to rush through the explanation as soon as possible and then just have her be a normal character with normal problems again. It was such a dumb move and a bad storyline (I mean the Patty Emily doppelgänger) that it's hard for me to imagine making it make sense!

I've honestly thought about Colleen too. It's totally against my DNA to support something like that, but the show has already compromised that value with Phillip III and I must admit the Diane comeback really worked out. They could just say Victor had her spirited away to a Swiss rehab (nevermind that he had just been shot, lol) and he got a different heart. It would be incredibly cringeworthy but once they blew past that stage, as with the other comebacks and Amanda and Mariah being lost long twins of deceased characters, it would be nice having her back. But only if it's Lyndsy Fonseca or Adrianne Leon.

But then Liam will go kiss or even sleep with another woman. Liam and Ridge go ballistic if their wives kiss another man (and sometimes, even if they are only in the same room with them - Brooke/Deacon) and that gives them the right to sleep with their ex (and they hang out with their exes all the time). They will gladly accept their wife's forgiveness for that, but then, next time their wife kisses someone, they do not extend the same grace. Not that it's good to kiss someone else, but it's such a sick attitude.
