  1. OC And the takedown of Shannon continues... It was not as exciting as I was expecting, but it was decent all the same. Like others have said...Shannon has been needing a takedown season for a long time. And there is no one who is more adapt at getting at Shannon like Heather. That the other vets are falling behind her (Emily and Gina) is just sad since what does it truly say about them...or just Shannon period? I wouldn't count Shannon out yet, but she will definitely have to do some begging. But darrrn at her own father shading her next week. She is not having a good season. Meanwhile...Noella, Noella, Noella. She continued to give us raw as she navigated through her divorce and processed it. It said a lot for who was there for her (Shannon, Gina, her mother, even Heather a little bit) and who was not...YES, NICOLE...I meant YOU. I disagree with her being a friend and trying to get Noella out of there. It really felt like she was just uncomfortable with any sign of public emotions. Even her words were not the words of a friend saying 'hey, girl...i know you hurting, but NO HERE. let's get the car.' And then there she was being messy to Heather (along with Production and the rollback) by saying wat Noella said and doesn't even remember saying. I would think Heather is clever enough to not fall for the trip of kicking a helpless bird, but we will see. But interesting that while Noella already has the divorce as a storyline, being friends with Shannon in opposite to the other girls as a storyline, Production is now trying to set her up against Heather. I know...too produced. Ugh. But I soooo like Noella. Watching her processing how she is feeling about the divorce when she was just so happy a few episodes ago is fascinating to watch. It reminds me of Shannon's first season where she was actually reacting to everything organically if dramatically. Outside of Heather vs Shannon, it is the story to watch this season. And that's great for a newcomer. THINGS I LIKED IT'S ABOUT NOELLA. I can't say it enough. What newcomer comes on this strong and it feels organic at the same time? And that's what Noella has been. I'm truly enjoying her journey from rich housewife to woman going through a divorce. And all without starting a feud to be interesting. Yet. But we seem Production want Noella vs Heather. Meanwhile there's tension between her and Dr. Jen. So she's just the gift that keeps on giving. SHE'S WORKING FOR THAT CHECK, GIRL!!! Look at Emily having a party at her house. Look at Emily come for Nicole and Shannon. And that look she shared with Heather when Shannon arrived...the shade!!! But after two years (outside of the Co-Vid stuff last season) of giving nothing, Emily is hitting her groove. It looks like. I...WILL...END...YOU. Ooooooo that speech by Heather was EVERYTHING. AND the episode ended on THAT. Wow. What would be funny if next week Shannon be Shannonn and go off. THINGS I DID NOT LIKE MOLEHILL. While Jen is right to get close to the HBIC Heather....hehe. Her trying to get a feud started with Noella. Need relevancy much? BOO, SHE AIN'T YOUR FRIEND. And by she, I meant Nicole. That scene with Heather in the car (with help from Production) just come across as she was trying to get back in Heather's good graces by some weak tea. Sorry, it did. But that was not as bad as how she did not want to be there for Noella while she was breaking down cuz it looked she was worried about how SHE looked vs her 'friend's' pain. Not disliking her but that was bad form. Another decent episode. RHOA Cast photo has been taken.
  2. Same. I rolled my eyes a few times at how some of the dialogue was too 'on the note.'BUT that is what soaps tend to do with recasts so I can't fault it too much. I agree with you that I like that Deacon is the source of the tension and what I liked about last week was that I could see both points of view as well.
  3. NEVERLAND!!! lol. I really should get around to doing the time to watch.
  4. 12-17 For a week that only really featured Taylor's return and Ridge vs Deacon, I thought it was a good one. But yes, KA's discomfort of the wig is starting to show. Meanwhile I do like that Taylor's return had such a build to it. I could say the same for the Deacon conflict. It was great to see TK and SK have enemy chemistry down. And I do like how it is dividing up Ridge and Brooke nicely...just in time for Taylor's return. Perhaps her and Deacon should get together and watch everyone's (and Sheila's) heads explode. Or is that where this is going? Well, I cannot say that I hate Sheila slithering around. For now. But she better get to scheming if she's jealous Deacon has been making headway with Hope and (especially) Brooke. And I've loved Steffy and Thomas banter. So like a brother and sister. Which reminds me thank you to whoever in wardrobe has been dressing Ms. Wood, cuz I LOVE the beret and just about everything she had on. But watch. I said this past week was decent and B&B will probably do that thing where they rush through stories now. lol.
  5. Well, I was pleasantly surprised to see Kristen make it on the list, happy about Sheila and extremely happy for Faison. I like Carl, Roger, and Mitch are on it as well because their reputation precedes whether I watched their respective shows or not. But I could say that for Stefano as well. No matter how funny he was written, I always found that JM still play some sense of menace with a dash of charm.
  6. Awwww stop!!! That is something that has definitely been on my mind even before Cali started to bring back the indoor mask mandate so...we'll see what the new year brings...
  7. SLC WOW. These girls really woke up and chose VIOLENCE? And I loved IT. Oh my God! The reactions. The slights. The shade that was thrown at OTHER WOMAN'S FACES. I was here for it. It was like their version of the POTOMAC outdoor party at Cabin Gizelle. There was so much juicy confrontations for me. Fabulous Ice vs Jen. Jeannie vs Mary. Meredith vs Fabulous Ice. Mary checking Little Girl. And like last week, there's such a duality to a lot of the women that there are times I'm shaking my head at them...other times I'm cheering for them. This week though it did not lead any sour taste in my mouth. Well, Little Girl did, but...lol. JEN. Just wow. Now THIS is giving me Oscar Performance. Sorry, Ms. Pat the Puss. Because Jen is pulling out all the stops. She's talking about her kids. She is showing her man. She is showing the whole family in fact. And what is getting me is that not only have there been real tears, but there has been a real remose. And she is truly still all about herself. That is clear. She's still being VERY mindful of the camera at all times (except at the dinner interestingly enough) so it has to be a performance, right? So the fact that I'm questioning myself and my own conviction over if she did it means she's doing an excellent job. That said...I loved Fabulous Ice checking her at the lunch they were at...if she had not turned on the waterworks, Jen would have been toast. And I loved that she was a bust of a sense of humor at the Pho dinner. And her and Mary...if they team up...lol. A Taoboi can dream. LISA. I found my Fabulous Ice enjoyable, but wishy washy. I know...shocking! lol. She had a great moment with Meredith and Jeannie. Then there she was being a boss and checking Jen at their lunch...only to get outmaneuvered. Then she's hanging with Little Girl...why? And then Mary got into it with her for making the same mistake Little Girl made at Mary's party. Then she had to beg Meredith to stay since she was over the bs. Entertaining and not boring, but I just expect more from Ms. Fabulous. HEATHER. Well, I'll give her this much...she is navigating herself a lot better than my Fabulous Ice. She already has Jen aimed at her. She is keeping it cool, but loose with Mary (and did you see Little Girl glare daggers at them making up?) Her comedic moments were on point. And she has a story. It's just...that story is stalling. It was nice to see her brother who is kinda cute. HOWEVER...is Heather's storyline going to be dragging out every ex-Mormon in her family? And as someone mentioned online...doing that makes one question if she is doing it to be close to her family again...or because she just needs something to form since she is NOW talking to them now that she's on TV. LITTLE GIRL. I'm sorry, but no. Even if it turns out to be true about Mary and her church, in the Little Girl vs Mary, I'm Team Mary. How Little Girl is going about staging a takedown...Giiirl, you are weaksauce. I will give her this...she has the potential to be an Ashley, but she is just not crafty and cunning enough like Ashley can do so sly it's not even funny. And Ashley is in control of herself at ALL TIMES. She is acting like...well...a little girl. Getting mad at Heather for making up with Mary. Deflecting (even if she is right) onto Fabulous Ice when she and Jeannie called her out on being nosy. Causing a s^&*storm to hide the fact she is staging a takedown on Mary. Nice try. In fact, if Little Girl had not deflect after Mary checked her at the Pho dinner, I bet Mary would have exposed her a&*. MARY. Now I'm going to say the same thing here that I said about last week...Mary really needs to articulate herself. It is clear in her tone she did not mean to say something that could be seen as racist. She sounded ignorant so I hope that when Jeannie talks to her next week that is made clear cuz while it seems clear to ME that does not mean that it came across at all well with OTHERS. Just like last week's comment while I also understood and yet here comes a group after her. Ignorance can be unlearned to bring one to a place of understanding (ex. Sutton on BH). That said...she was the business this week as they were gunning for her. And yes, hilarious as she sat there and couldn't remember she talked back to Jen and then Production did the rollback. But she was funny throughout for me. I still say that for someone who is so aloof, Mary was quick to see that Little Girl was trying to start something. But...it still went left. MEREDITH. I continue to be sure that her and Fabulous Ice's friendship continue to fall apart. It's so funny given where they were at versus where they are now. So that moment where she came back to the table because her BFF wanted her, too...was cute. So was their moment with Jeannie at the beginning of the episode. So of course she would feel a way that Jeannie did not tell her that she invited Jen to that Pho event. I also liked that she checked Jeannie, too. Moreso since Jeannie had already started to side-eye for Jen's arrest. JEANNIE. I was liking her growing friendship with Fabulous Ice and Meredith and then she had that dinner. While on one hand, yeah she did cut through the bs. How about the bs she herself was dealing by starting something with Mary. Always with Mary? Things to make you go hmmmm... And next week looks like it will be the girls vs Meredith/Mary to see if either leaked Jen's whereabouts before the arrest. The plot thickens. PS. I hollered when Mary said that Jen couldn't be arrested...look at her outfit. Then commented the outfit. DEAD.
  8. I agree with what others have said about Luis and Sheridan. I didn't watch much PASSIONS, but I knew that was (along with Thresa/Ethan) one of their money couples. So I was shocked that they never reunited when the show ended because I remember them having great chemistry. Not that it has ended, but I would like to add Liason to this as well. So much potential. So much toying with even so much that they toyed with it under a recast that would never be (and allegedly are toying with again if the GH discussion thread is saying it right). But now...smh. It goes without saying...I will be SHOCKED if if GH gets cancelled/ends, that Sonny is not riding off somewhere with Brenda. SHOCKED. Both of these. Poor, Poor Julia...one of my favorite AMC characters...
  9. When does Beemer and his 'bounce a coin off of it' butt not look good. 😜
  10. HAHAHAHAHAH!!!!! Since my (essential) job is post office adjacent, December (which I hate with the passion of Dark Phoenix) is our busiest time. NO ONE GETS TIME OFF. The owner even worked on his birthday...which was yesterday. As for my other job...well...technically I got off. But if it is choice between that and NYE to work, I would rather Xmas. And no one was scheduled properly this weekend so since I normally don't have anything to do (see above post office adjacent job) and it's in hospitality I don't mind. And since I've spent the majority of this month between 6/7 am to 11pm either at work or sleep, yes, I don't mind going out for a well deserved (but safe) dancing. Part of the reason, I am not sure about seeing my coworkers is that the region around where I live (which is where they will be) is not nearly as safe as I would like it to be. Versus where I plan to go which again security does check for vaccination cards. That was something that I liked when I was in NYC for Halloween. They were checking EVERYWHERE I was able to go and God bless them for taking it seriously. THIS. I agree with the quote, but after two years of NOT seriously hurting the stupid people (including a woman who I verbally gathered, dogwalked, and flat out drag in front of EVERYONE AT THE POST OFFICE for daring to not stand 6 feet away from me), I could use a bit of (safe) balance from the idiots.
  11. DUBAI Meanwhile...tomorrow on PROJECT RUNWAY La Dame, LuAnn, Leah (hiss), and others will be on.
  12. I work Christmas. But seriously, my co-workers are wanting to have a NYE gathering and while I don't mind being around them, I'm not sure yet. I am vaccinated and boosted, but I know I am planning on going out dancing for NYE, but where I am going is one of few places I go here where they ask to see a person's v card so I don't mind going there. I know I don't a repeat of last year when I dozed off 10 minutes before midnight. lol.
  13. Well I've always liked BD and Lumi and happy to hear that they remembered that once upon a time Lucas was a schemer just as much as Sami.
  14. Yasss!!! Now drag Ex Soap Opera Star and EricFake (and someone can let me know ) and we're good. Oh yes. The cherry on top? The reunion has not been filmed and Marge and Tre are currently STILL on the outs. so the reunion will be dynamite as well. This might be a case where Andy's favoritism works FOR me cuz he will probably have Tre's back over Marge. And same @Cat. Given that trailer and people attacking RHOA and POTOMAC, it will be interesting to see in February will fans and Andy will be side-eyeing the violence or just being side-eyed. PS. I believe the BH is above (cuz that PK show ain't it). 😜 ETA: Hold up!!! Sheeree knows Carlton from Season 4...I...
  15. 12-13 Yay!!!! Deacon made it into the credits!!! Ooooooh Heather Tom...how I miss you. Yeah, no that wig is hit or miss, but darn it if KA does not resemble Taylor so good casting.
  16. 12-9 LAUUURRRRRRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And yes, I cheered when she knocked out the potential assassin. That's my Laura!!! And yaaaassssss to Ms. Wu getting a storyline. And how it is helping getting Brad back on the canvas. Britt could use her BFF. It's been pretty steady viewing though I've been busy. But I will say this... I love when people who don't regularly interact do...that was a good scene between Maxie and Sonny. I give JS his props. I have not liked his reactions as Valentin on learning about Brooklyn, but his scenes with Anna, Brooklyn, and Chase at the Q Manison as he said good-bye to the baby was more understated and that I actually felt. Good job. The Curtis storyline has vanished. Meh. And the teen storyline has totally backburnered to C plot. I stay loving all the Cassassdine intrigue. And Ava in the thick of it. So Sonny/Nina...February Sweeps. Feeling very slow burning and can't say I hate it. And now Willow knows and Parking Lot Pete in the wings. Uh oh.
  17. NJ Immediate thought on trailer? After two long years FINALLY it is Marge vs Teresa. Go on Dolores from Patterson!!! Uh oh....at Tre's daughter vs Joey over her dad. Everyone AND I MEAN EVERYONE put in the work!!!!
  18. NJ BOOM!!! THE TRAILER IS HERE!!!!
  19. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!! Ooooooo HELLL-HO!!! LOL. Not yet. I will probably attempt to mid-week...when my work schedule (finally) lets up a little.
  20. BH Big news tomorrow. NJ Trailer allegedly this week. Marge and Teresa really and truly fell out. And apparently Dolores and David broke up.
  21. Now why we gotta bring Ace of Base into it. Chiiiilde!!! lol. Hehe. I understand.
  22. OC The calm before the (Beador) storm. Not as good as the first two episodes, but still involving all the same. So...the takedown of Shannon appears to be really be happening. I figured from the moment Heather was announced back that it was going to be her vs Shannon. The Have and the Have-Been? Perhaps it's karma for all the times Shannon had Vicki and Tamra's back against others. Or the years of Shannon hiding her hand after throwing the rock. But in any case, that appears to be what is happening at Emily and Gina throw her under the bus, Heather won't have anything to do with her (and that scene with Terry was funny), and all Shannon have are newbies who are still new. How will Shannon think her way out of this one? I am intrigued since Shannon can dramatic as well as compiling. And that threat Heather gives Shannon next week. Ooooooo...how soap opera. Meanwhile, we got drama with the newbies. Noella is doing all the right things...most importantly being transparent in her first season. Her highs and her lows. And I like her friendship with Shannon, Nicole, and Gina. And speaking of lows...that look Gina gave her when she came to the relationship not done up (but still looking beautiful) said it all...if they only had that house for 7 months and Sweet James was really fighting her to the point of a divorce...yeah sounds like he has a whole other family in Puerto Rico. And then there is still the drama with Nicole...who got to tell Shannon off. And I continue to see (including next week) that Nicole will be around stirring the pot...so I'm looking forward to seeing if it will come to pass that she vanishes after the cast trip. THINGS I LOVED. THE JOY OF NOELLA. She's been a great newbie. Beautiful. Stunging. Fun. But at the same time showing off her life. And though Kandi did it first...a sex dungeon. Not that that helped her. This mess with the taxes and now divorce. And she has been raw in those moments, but quite self-depreciating. And that (along with the friendships she's been forming with Shannon and Gina) has made her very relatable. I would love to see how she will navigate all of them. I mean...her man turned off ALL her cards. She was a real housewife...if old fashioned to not have her own money, but we will see how it turns out. HEATHER AND THE TEXT. OMG! Terry...SAME. That scene was so freaky hilarious. And I heard that whole text in Heather's voice. Oh, how I laughed every time she added more sentences between Terry got a word in. THE DRAGGING. YAAAAASSSSS, GINA, YAAAASSSS!!!! Gina READ...SHANNON...DOWN. And I was here for it. Not bad for someone who said she did not want to fight. She could have fool me. lol. She told Shannon about herself and let Shannon speechless. 'I don't have to go out of my way to be kind, I'm just kind.' BOOM!!! I watched twice. THINGS I DID NOT LIKE. WELL AT LEAST SHE'S TRYING. Yeah, sorry, Jen. No. Nicole is giving us drama...signs she had the makings of a housewife. Noella is also giving us drama. And Jen...just gives...a husband who doesn't wear a shirt. And while he is foine and I look forward to his shirtless-ness next week, come better babe. She's coming across like Drew on RHOA...and rumor is Drew is about to get a taste of her own medicine next season. So Jen better hope that Andy does not take a liking to hers or she might be having to deal with a similar 'storyline' next season. Good to bring in the mother issues already discussed, but Imma going to need this newbie to do more. BEYOND THE BAR. Speaking of...Emily...you been doing good and it looks like she will be great next week coming for Shannon like everyone else is coming for her. But this week? Snoozefest. Good episode. But next week looks bananas as...the Takedown of Shannon continues... Oh how I hollered at that RHOA gif. I said the same to @Chris B. Who is hating on Queen Alexia? Cuz I might have to pull out my Carmax. She has been nothing but living a drama life since she's been on the show. And you know I love Adriana, Cat, but that is what she's giving me. Because even the episode I watched the day I posted that (part 1 of Lisa's lingerie party), she was giving so much vixen fashion so this vibe clothes-wise is jarring to me. But I fully expect her to step it up. I just sooooo miss her jet-black hair. She (and Joyce from BH) for me had some of the best hair in the franchise. Jusst mmmmm. lol. Oooh how I've been waiting for your opinion since I saw someone mention that the season had ended online. I even hollered when Janet said online basically three of the newbies was out and well nice try. Good to hear you liked it.

    Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeyyyyyyyy Germany.
  24. Well I go out of my way to avoid spoilers for things I want to see (every Marvel show on Disney Plus, the majority of the post above) because I want to see it myself. GAME OF THRONES Red Wedding comes to mind. I didn't start binging it until around Season 7. And WAS NEVER SPOILED. And trust there were moments. Knowing would have taken away from it. Glad to not know. But critics were a different breed back then. Now have I've seen a few thing? Yes. But mostly because critics act like they cannot write in a way that DOES NOT have some form of a spoiler to it...even if said spoiler has nothing to do with said review. It's a shame that there are some people out there just spoiling it for the sake of doing so. Need to get some lives for sure. Cuz that...is just tragic.
