  1. Finally finish watching and saw that. But I also saw that Hat Daddy mentioned that the test they did on Curtis was not around when he was originally diagnosed. I would think they would not have mentioned that specifically unless they were leaving some wiggle room for something. I don't like the optics either...though Spencer trying to get through to her could be fun. But I am just trying to throw out ideas about who the Hook is. They keep using Esme as a red herring, but it appears she's not the Hook. And given the information showed so far...I am just speculating who it could be. It even occurred to me that maybe it really was Liz like I thought when Ava was attacked and she really had some form of a mental break. Since the Finn wife thing happened when she was protecting her family...perhaps she felt the video that Esme did with Cam/Joss was some (unseen) trigger for that other persona to come out and attacked all these people. It appears Trina is the connection but she's a red herring herself and protecting family (in this case Cam) caused this Hook persona. But I am probably just overthinking. lol.
  2. 11-15 Yeeeeah now THAT is what you all were talking about. Granted Thomas told Douglas to delete that app, but I didn't like the tone he had when he was alone with him. That said...WOW! Douglas found the videos and slowly put them together. Just in time for Ridge and Taylor to get married. I do wonder if Donna is going to get a clue as well since she was just talking to Brooke who appears to be on to Thomas. Though I'm sad to see Taylor so happy....KA is really selling the happiness angle of it. She is going to be crushed.
  3. LOL!!! I could be wrong, but I feel like they are playing them for a reason that isn't a romance. Watching these Sprina scenes with the Hat Dad stuff, I am starting to wonder if the Hook is Trina and even she doesn't know. Thus, yep, Curtis is the dad and schizophernia does run in that family. But that might be too crazy.
  4. Thankfully no spoilers on that. If it helps. That said, they have been sharing more scenes together since the Hook storyline started. Not sure where or even if it is going anywhere. I feel like it's just happenstance. For now. But I've noticed as well.
  5. SLC Wow. How the tables have turned. And Heather's slip is showing. Heather was easily the fan favorite. Kind. Funny in that cool self-deprecating way. And relatable. It was only at reunion time that she even came across in a way where it seem like she was wearing a mask tbf. Or as I called it...a subtler version of Jen. But thanks to that mid-season trailer (oooh we are getting a short season this year), we know we might be getting something that was not on my Bingo card: a Heather takedown season. She had Fabulous Ice coming for her. She had her 'friend' Jen coming for her. And she had Angie K coming for her...someone who has managed to establish herself as a no-nonsense girl so that makes sense. I...am down for that. Heather did herself no favors this episode by her continuing to keep this feud with Fabulous Ice alive. Sorry, Boo. When even Little Girl is calling you out on it and Fabulous Ice has proven you wrong, take that L. A rare misstep for her. She would be better served going after Little Girl. I...enjoyed this episode actually. I felt like Production was leaning into the trainwreck vibe that I've been mentioning since the season started. Or as I saw someone said online...the camp. But I think for me, I would say the absurdity of it all. Like Heather vs Fabulous Ice while the choir was practicing. I mean...who does that? I also liked that they showed the Husbands. And I laughed that the hot guy in the suspenders from Angie K's party was her husband. Lol. No wonder he got so much camera time. Nice, Angie K. VERRRRY nice. And Danna's hubby? FOINE. Who knew Namor from BP 2 had a twin. And this week started the feud between Jen and Danna. I didn't even see it as Angie K as pot stirring as much as just keeping everyone honest. Though I felt Danna would say it to Jen's face. It was an honest opinion. But Jen took it the wrong way and had to be Season 1 Jen. And she found Danna don't back down. Uh oh. Should be spicy. JEN. Speaking of people who were doing well...Jen should have stayed as the comic relief. She gave a lot of that, even crashing the husband food tasting. But attacking Danna Season 1 Jen-style...just might be a bad look since she has managed so far to keep the other ladies from really talking about the fact she might be going to jail. But since Danna does not look like she's going to back down (look at her vibe on the aftershow. ;)), well...I cannot say Jen vs Danna won't give us moments. LISA. THAT'S MORE LIKE IT!!! Less Lisa of the Whining Memes and more of Fabulous Ice. I was here for that. She had good family moments. She had good Confessional moments. And the truth of the matter is that her name stays on people's lips even more than Jen...and she's NOT the one going to jail. Cuz her vs Heather as the choir practiced was fun AF. Now I do think if Heather is not going to move on and keep nagging her on this, she might want to let her perfect claws out and drag her. And I feel like that's coming. Over Heather. MEREDITH. Outside of pushing Seth (mmmm Seth) to be around John and hanging with Danna, really did not do much this episode for me. LITTLE GIRL. I'll give her this...at least she did what she did best...stepping into someone else's drama. But I was surprised she did not make it about herself. She only had Fabulous Ice's back and called Heather out on how silly she was being. Shocked. HEATHER. This episode was just such a bad look on her. She was saying one thing to Lisa's face. Then she would be in Confessional doing shading the heck out of her. I was actually glad Little Girl called her out. And I don't even like Little Girl anymore. I'm looking forward to the takedown that appears to be coming her way. Bring on San Diego!!! They do. However, I want to say they were done filming the season before they got together. I would have to research. I do for sure feel Andy totally will bring it up at the reunion. Or Adriana.
  6. Same. Though he had some moments for me...but I really didn't want him back at all. Well...he finally appears to be Dead Man Walking so Outside of that, I agree. Too much slowwalking for me as well.
  7. POTOMAC And you were all just talking about Wendy and Messy Mia. Look at Wendy AND Messy Mia gathering Cha Cha!!! And as always...GET HER, KUUUUUURENNN!!!!!
  8. Hmmm but is that because the idea of two women (one played by someone who once played a legacy character) has grown to be acceptable versus two men which still is not across daytime? Don't get me started on Cyrus. I LOVE the actor, but the character. He had his showdown which was great and roped in so many characters people cared about. I didn't want him back. It seems like from where I am viewing they are slowly revealing what Victor's doing. I just don't understand what he would want with that necklace in Britt and probably about to be Cody's possession even with its connection to the Ice Princess. I mean...he's not planning to freeze the world, is he?
  9. Thank you YES. Just bend on a flat surface and call me Hope. Also THIS. There are so many stories from other actors who are SHOCKED at how people they know are from Soap operas and have a scene down like THAT.
  10. I agree. Some times it's all of that. Like look at Victor who doesn't seem to be long for this world given that all of the storylines that started when he appeared...that consequently got dropped along the way...have all been picked back up right before November Sweeps started. I am surprised they ARE getting momentum because they had it when Victor started and it got sooooo derailed. I had totally forgotten about Peter's box and Victor wanting to get it. I HAD NOT forgotten about Holly hehe. And sometimes the writers even seem to forget it should be him vs Victor and the thread of Luke's 'death.' I expect him to be gone by the end of the year at this rate. Probably before X-mas for a miracle. Moreso because Cyrus has been appearing again and Heaven forbid Laura gets TWO adversaries to deal with.
  11. Not this season outside of the reunion I would say. Didn't they just start?
  12. They did. I was just dipping my toe into it due to my writing group all have various degrees of success after saying no for decades and I do like to be practical from time to time. So I must admit...I can see why people do like it for its good and its bad. And It has come in handy on more than one occasion by showing facts that we otherwise would never know. I am curious to see where everyone (like Black Twitter for example) will wind up again. I agree with the surge. But...if some of us can migrate from SOC to here...anything is possible.

    Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
  14. Ooooo THAT is interesting. I will be curious to see where it goes. As for the House...yeah I saw that as well. I'm just as curious to see how that will play out.
  15. NY Annnnd she's out of there!!! Twitter has known about this for a while so I'm surprised she ever got cast in the first place. Bad look.
  16. SLC Mid-season trailer!!! Looks like they were down here around my house. lol. Looks like Jen's last stand is going to be good. And of course Heather is playing Betrayed Friend. RME. Though I wonder if anyone punched her in the face. Look at Angie K (not H) stepping it up. And Danna as well. Shockingly looks good, but it could be stories climaxing
  17. No offense to MC, but...can we keep him? I admit that I've warmed up to Cam/Joss/Dex, but I agree.
  18. Thank you for this.
  19. Ah! @Darn, thanks. I bet that's the one I thought looked familiar in that scene, but couldn't place them. I can now so yay!
  20. That is how I am feeling. But...hope springs.
  21. BH Maybe she and Aaron were right all this time... https://people.com/tv/denise-richards-shaken-up-and-terrified-after-road-rage-shooting-incident/
  22. While it's on my mind and @ChitHappens speaking of the above picture.... Season 2 Trailer dropped...featuring a return...and hopefully a good rivalry...or two...
  23. THIS. My brother and I were so looking forward to the reboot. So annoyed it (and a lot of shows I watched) are dead now due to all this merging.
  24. Saw it. Loved it. Cried once, but had watered eyes throughout. I thought everyone did an excellent job and I felt it flowed soooooo well. I was worried about myself because I've been tired the last two days and any slow motion might have had me doze off, but DIDN'T HAPPEN. And there was so much to see. The cgi was great...as was the action scenes. I had so many standout moments. And there were some nice callbacks to the first movie. And Angela Bassett was EVERYTHING. Even now, given how the movie ended, it will be very interesting on a rewatch to pick up on some of the nuances. I know there are some old fans who might have an issue with the backstory rewrite on Namor. But as an old fan myself who has always mentioned that as long as a production catches the essence of what makes a character/story, I usually am not picky. And what they did with him was spectacular (and he could get it...I see what a certain blonde in the comics see in him ). I liked the rewrite origin, the message they tried to get across with him and his people, and it is VERY relevant to our world today. I...WANT...THAT...SOUNDTRACK. Even better than the first film...and the first film's music was nothing to scoff at. I haven't seen ANY of the tv shows so I know some of the plot threads were over my head, but that was very light and still felt important to the movie it was in. My only critique on the first viewing really was the setting of the climax. Cuz...really? lol. It still came together though.
