Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
POTOMAC Guess who has time to watch the reunion? That's right!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol. Coming off of PART 1 1) TOO MUCH WENDY. I knew you all said that Wendy was doing too much. And starting off, yeah she was annoying. But as Part 1 went on, I was loving it. And honestly, I loved her keeping her heel on Gizelle's neck. Sorry, but Gizelle has gotten away with controlling the narrative for a while now. And clearly Wendy was too much to handle if Andy AND Watchdog...I mean Robyn...had to step in. So points for her. 2) AND SO IT BEGINS... And by begin, I mean the gang up on Candiace. I knew it was coming from clips, but yep. Funny how all last year, the majority were on Candiace's side. Now you have Andy leading that charge. I did like that La Dame had her back for sure and cite last year with her and the BTS stuff when a clear example was used by the other girls. Still trying to get through to Candiace. Good friend. But Candiace...well...surprising me I get some of what she was saying BUT the others are also right. And sorry...no one does it better than La Dame and Gizelle. NO...ONE. As far as everybody MVP was Too Much Wendy for me. Yeah, Robyn she was butting into everyone's actions. The only difference between her and Robyn was that she was adding something. Come better, babe yourself next time. LA DAME. She did not do much outside of facial expressions (and those were still on point), but when she had something to say...it counted. lol. If anything she was busy refereeing Too Much Wendy and Messy Mia. And again...it showed her class that given all Candiace had done to her, she still tried to get through to her. Good friend. GIZELLE. Not even five minutes in and they all already coming for her fashion? hahahaha But seriously, imo she did dress fierce the first half of the season for me. She was going in the right direction. And then...she just dropped it. Maybe next season. And yes, just like Part 1 of last season's reunion, it was clear that this part was about roasting Gizelle. THANK YOU, WENDY. ROBYN. ASHLEY. And THAT is how you do a comeback from having a baby. Her bod was on point. MIA. Awww Messy Mia's first reunion. And...I thought she did good. It was fun to watch everyone come for her. And the stuff with her social media and Askale's weak receipts apparently was interesting. But I guess she won that round with her comment...flying her out for two sentences. heehe. CANDIACE. Last season it was about bringing Monique down. And this reunion it felt like the target is going to be Candiace. So this will be make or break for her. Either humble herself or get fired. I agree with people here and online that they should keep her one more season to see her downfall that is surely coming now that she has come for Andy and Gizelle, then drop her. That said...she held her own this part. WENDY. Outside of her being unnecessarily rude to Mia, I was loving her doing too much. And she was truly checking Gizelle every which way AND on Sunday. LOVE IT. Good start to Part 1.

11-18 I don't know what's funnier...the smirk Nina gave Carly when Willow defended her or Britt's 'I don't care if there are 5 guards with guns on me, you take that bast&rd out' to Orbecht. Clearly someone is having fun with the writing again. But due to all the real life mess, the storylines are now converging on each other and watching them either climax or take a turn has been great. For example, the art show. Product placement? Sure. So to distract, let's start blowing up all kinds of stories at once. Leo and his autism. The Bailey storyline. Brando/Sasha being used as the catalyst to get to the next turn in the Bailey storyline by way of Esme. And here we are with her by way of the Spencer/Trina story because we all know she thought Trina was in that room. And I did not even mentioned the continued setup up for Victor vs Nik and Ava. And I just liked the setup of the art show itself. It made sense that Trina would be doing a project for college and used her and Ava's art connection (not to mention the Quartermaine money...nice touch) and just seeing Leo and his funness for art. I thought the camera angles were well done and gave an intimacy to so many moments. And even when other parts of the storyline was going on, you saw the actors (not just extras) in the background. Speaking of the Bailey storyline, one thing I can think of thanks to Austin's presence is that Maxie's smarts are back. She gathered Austin together like she did Peter when she found out the truth. He can be self righteous all he wants, but he is no better than Brooklyn either. So he can shut up. I take it now that Maxie is telling him they are not friends that that means that is the end of Austin/Maxie. Shame because there was a big of spark in their scene. And I would rather want him with her than someone I really like. *cough*Liz*cough* Meanwhile, the stuff on Cassandine Island was building to exploding. And I liked how that has build across the art show episode. To Victor getting out by Scott to the team of Anna/Valentin figuring out where Jason/Britt/Dr. O are to Peter (ugh! this trick) filming Britt/Jason...it has built. And I liked Jason vs Drew...though I can't remember how Jason got the card. My only nitpick is what was said above. They did a lot of this last week...just sub in the art show for the Savoy...and learning their lesson last week, they did it again this week with much better results. Again...real life stuff might have dictated it, but it was nice to see the writing I liked on display and things getting tighter connected. That gave momentum and these episodes are literally shooting by with very little drag. Reminds me of those February episodes I loved. And the acting has been on point (even Peter) so well I don't want to miss a minute. Even Willow had a moment there with Carly...proving there might be some trouble in that boring 'paradise' she's in. But...back to the nitpick lol...they really should have found a way to bring in followup to the Savoy stuff with Curtis. Which could have easily been brought into the art show seamlessly through Portia since she was already worried he was running late. And saving the best for last...we know I live for Carly vs Nina scenes. And this one...again not Nina's fault...again show how this is just not going to work. Wiley loves both of his grandmothers. And it seem clear to me that Carly is trying to butter Phyllis up. So I liked Phyllis being straight with her. Everyone else is moving on BUT Carly. And while it seems clear 'Mike' still loves Nina...and probably Carly is picking up on it on a subconscious level...Carly is best leaving it alone. But alas...we all know Carly has always been her own worst enemy. I cannot wait for her to shoot herself in the foot. And this build for that has been DELICIOUS. PS. THANK YOU for the Dante shower scene. Woof!!!

Oh so I was not alone thinking that. Thanks @titan1978. I remembered there was a rating increase as well. But RC was doing great his first year or two of writing.

Exactly!!! While she has a tell (that nanosecond when she looks directly at the camera) to know she is putting on a performance, Jen is STILL coming across way better than EricFake who came across so fake and phoney on screen,. It is fascinating and chilly at once. And same. She said that I was like WHAT? The delusion leaped out. YESSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!! GET HER, KENYA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
SLC Well...I guess revenge truly is the dish best served cold. It was hard to believe how much Meredith had come into her own. It was hard to digest with the PI bombshell that she might have planned this from the moment she stopped being friends with Jen at the Season 1 reunion over Jen telling her business. Picking on Brooks online sealed the deal. And she's been gunning for Jen ever since. Watching this episode and seeing those claws...not to mention how ride-or-die for Mary a potential ally...I could not help, but think that she played this arrest extremely well. Meredith as villain? I cannot say that I'm hating it. Sorry, not sorry. I think the only thorn in her side is the fact that her BFF has not quit Jen's side (on the show) as of yet. That must burn. Speaking of people going after people...then we have Whitney going after Mary. I wouldn't accept none of Whitney's fakery, either so it was good to see Mary was having none of it from her even as Whitney kept 'attempting' (note the '') to get back in Mary's good graces. I'm sorry to see Mary/Whit friendship go, but Whitney is no friend if as soon as she has a rift she wants to have her own version of Mad Day and tell off on potential tea with Mary. The sad thing is Mary was right...Whit can get a little too drunk and what would be the point of having that talk if she was so drunk she found she had the talk? Then you have the slights and intrigues. It's funny that lines are being drawn. And yet still there was Whit taking digs at Fabulous Ice. Fabulous Ice still taking a shot at Heather. Bad Weather working on Jeannie like they were doing to Mary a few episodes back. I would think that I was watching BH if I didn't know better. LOL!!! And look at next week!!! The beginning of Heather vs Mary. JEN. LOOK WHO DECIDED TO SHOW HER FACE!!! 😎 That said... It was so clear now she noticed them cameras!!! And wow. She was truly deluded. That said...I felt IMHO she came across waaaaaaaaaaaaay better than EricFake. However...it was clear it was a performance. Her scenes were intriguing not for what she was saying, but what Production was showing. People that screen capped said the phone call was stuart. It was hard to tell for me from the episode. I didn't think it was her husband cuz (hehe) Jen is the type who would say 'Baby' to all her close associate, not just her husband. And I thought it was interesting in the flashback that the camera angle were telling different. And even some of the cameramen gave side-eye...as if they knew the FBI were coming. Things to make you go hmmmmm LISA. Awwww it was nice to see the Meredith/Lisa combo of yesteryear. The support. The camraderie. The matching skate suits. I missed that. But yes, I can see why the girls are frustrated with her. So willing to throw Mary under the bus...yet is ride-or-dying for someone who frauded the elderly? Okay...maybe not willing, but at least she was smart enough to know not to go completely against Mary. Still...bus. JEANNIE. While I'm thinking of it, I did like that while Jeannie agreed with some of what Bad Weather said, she still had Fabulous Ice's back. I've enjoyed their friendship. I also enjoy her being our Greek chrous on this mess so far. She even tried to be civil with Mary. I like a Housewife who can have her own opinions about her friend that might be different, but still have their back. And she explained it so well. HEATHER. I swear she still has her comic moments. But she is totally fuddling the ball. I do like she is truly proving her ride-or-die status with Jen. And she is starting a new storyline with her estranged sister. Other than that, I was not feeling her. And I'm starting to loathe Bad Weather. They are reminding me of the GEB with how they keep gunning for people who like Fabulous Ice. WHITNEY. *takes a breath* Like I said last week, she is definitely becoming the Ashley on this show. That said...Lord, I wanna slap that trick. Because's about to turn into the Ted...I mean Theresa...no...I think it's Terri...of this group for me. BUT to be fair...I did not like Ashley on POTOMAC pre-birth so...*shrugs* But lord, she is working over time to keep her feud going, throw Jen under that bus, throw Mary under that bus, start mess she can't finish (like a little girl), and thinking it is not messy. Girl...SHUT UP. MARY. Team Mary. Sorry, not sorry. Outside of Jeannie, I felt like she was being the most real even for all her oddities. She has never liked Jen, but has been civil. So of course, she is going to be I TOLD YOU SO. She's being a little brat on this trip, but you know what? She is still giving reactions and funny moments. And the cherry on top...the reveal that Meredith warned Mary the others are gunning for her. No wonder she is side-eyeing. The plot thickens... MEREDITH. DIVA. She is truly work all of these angles and I am loving it. If you had told me that last year's heroine would be this season's chess player, I wouldn't have believed you even with her background (thank you for the info @DaytimeFan), but I stay finding her fascinating to watch. And again...this feels totally long game from the moment she found out about Jen gossiping. Revenge. Dish. Cold. Look at her throwing the gauntlet down at the beginning after producing that beautiful receipt of the assistant last week. Bringing up facts like the lawyer she is. And then making those girls choose. Keeping Fabulous Ice close. Staying on Mary's good side and tipping her off. All people with some pull who have issues with Jen. What will she do next? I thought it was a good episode for bringing the intrigues as well as finally seeing Jen post-arrest. I cannot wait to see Heather vs Mary. Sounds like a doozy.

AT LAST!!!! CONFIRMED. Well... That said...all I can really say is... As someone who has danced on the grave of a few actors, actoresses, and reality tv stars, I'm not at all going to take away from thoses who have wanting to do the same. To think he would be so selfish, but if that is the hill he wants to die on...so be it.

GENERAL HOSPITAL November 2021 Discussion Thread
11-15 I gotta admit...I like Esme with the high pony at the art exhibit. Though I'm not sure if she is trying to use Cameron around Trina to make Spencer feel something. And I LOVE the Portia/Trina moment when Trina put her chin on Portia's shoulder. Such a mom/daughter moment. Can I continue to say how much I love Curtis getting so much airtime and thank you for the Dad reveal. You know it's good when it has a proper built and you didn't even realize someone who could shed like on it...ex. Stella...isn't around. Now I kinda need her back to do so. A missing piece, but yeah. Robert and Olivia. I liked that they discussed the elephant in the room aka their chemistry. No wonder Ned is seeing red. But I wouldn't mind a triangle at all with them. However, it did make me think...where did Jackie go? When was the last time we saw them post-Chase surgery. Speaking of Chase...him...Brando...ESPECIALLY Drew (who I agree with the rest of you...Cam KEEP THE BEARD) was looking foine with that beard. And OOPS, the next leg of the Bailey story continues now that too many people know. Ooooo the complications.

Thus why I mentioned THE TALK. Do we know when that filmed? Or what has happened between October 29 to today? He could have changed his mind yesterday or last Friday and we have no idea. Yet anyway. I still feel the same as you though.
