11-5 Yay! First week into November Sweeps finally. And...Ned and AVA??? Speaking of Ava, I love that she continues to try to find ways to get time with Avery, leading to conflicting with Sonny and Carly. And meanwhile there is Cassandine trouble bubbling under the system in a nice C plot with the slow ripple effect of 1)Victor being alive and 2)the reveal of Victor being Valentin's father and what that means for Nik, Ava, and all that money. Of course the twist of Nik and Victor being in cahoots is another wrinkle. And just in case, it becomes war there is 3)the fact that Victor is likely Hayden's mom's killer. Oh, the possibilities. Speaking of Nik, from where I'm viewing...he just had the confrontation with Spencer about Hayden's hit. And now that whole relationship is splintered even more. And I'm all for Spencer making it on his own somehow. Meanwhile, his running to Trina....*swoons* I continue to be worried that the relationship with her and Spence are over, but still hoping. And I see Esme is being spinned off into other storylines...3rd wheel for Joss/Cameron, part of the Kevin storyline with the reveal they might be in cahoots, and still a thorn in Spencer/ava/Nik's side. Just...she's getting to be a bit much for someone who I was excited to see added into the teen set. Love all of the Jason/Britt adventure. Their adventure to save Orbecht. Britt being modest while Jason was looking to see her undressed was ha. Cheered Dr. O throwing that acid on Peter. Love the first face to face with Jason and Drew...both of whom are tall men. I don't like that the storyline has completely vanished, but given what's going on in RL well... Oh, lord. Sonny made a deal with the devil. I was happy with how Cyrus was written out. So yeeeeah I don't need him back. I did expect Joey Novak to come back so not at all shocked that he's making trouble. But will it be stupid trouble or an actual threat? And I fully expeect Cyrus to play them against each other in order to get out. Loved the shoutout to Liz drawing. Now I continue to love the mystery of the mystery man that is spying on Curtis.

Wow. I see that this has continued to get messy. And I can only go... On a serious note, I always felt Jason/Britt was just a happy accident and a great slow burn. So I am sure that the writers can think of something new for her (and a guy) to be involved in.

ALL STARS Looks like I'll be able to see it tomorrow and that Bravo might actually be airing the first episode (or two) at least. Perfect...that means that I can watch the RHOP reunion tonight then.

And the real Kathy emerges...

SLC WOW. There was so much going on, I had to watch it twice. Jen's arrest was definitely worth the wait. Waiting everyone's reaction, along with some of the real time actions of the FBI and SWAT, was something else. It was filled of tension and intrigue and I could barely look away due to the fact that I felt I would be missing some nuance. And there was so much on display. Heather definitely got the most real reaction to me. Her emotions were all over and did not at all feel fake to me. And she still did some humor. Whitney looked smug all the way through as if she was waiting for this moment. Something I could say about Meredith as well. And I know that a lot of fans were waiting for Mary's reaction...WORTH THE WAIT. Meanwhile, the mystery really begins. Did someone tip the Feds off? If so...who? Whitney was really and truly dishing out that info...as if she has experience...which as @Catmentioned there have been rumors about that for a long while. Meredith really was not surprised...as if she had known it would happened, too...perhaps payback for Jen, Brooks, and the tweets? Or was it Mary...the actual archnemesis? Then again...Lisa and her 6 lawyers...WHY SIX? So much going on. LOVE IT. JEN. Already miles ahead of EricFake. How? Because there was no transparentness with her. She was a C&&*(. We still don't have Jen's story yet at all. And that gives this already so far an air of mystery. An air of questions...which the girls managed to ask all of them in this episode. Also miles ahead of the BH girls who outside of Sutton and Garcelle...just stood the lines. And we never see her in this episode except for the bond hearing footage. Of course, we want to learn more. And then the raid at the house...Jeannie said it best. They are going to take EVERYTHING. It was wrong what she did, and yet I just feel she will come across a lot better than EricFake did already by already having people feel sympathy for her. And I definitely don't recall her sending mean tweets during this. Oblivious tweets, but not mean. LISA. THE 6 LAWYERS. LOL!!! But on a serious note, outside of Heather, she is the only one that seems Team Jen. However, there goes Whitney throwing some suspicion on her. And yeah, I can see why. Then again, she is Fabulous Ice. Of course, she was going to have six lawyers. And tic for tac, she also threw some suspicion on Whitney so...good to see the feud is still on. HEATHER. Speaking of friend, yeah. The other member of Team Jen. The first half of the episode we were her, reacting to the shock, getting the tea, crying over our friend in disbelief. And then...she was a regular Xander Harris, trying to keep everything moving. And like her, we were down for the moment when the girls compared notes. WHITNEY. Girl, you ain't slick. But seriously in a game of who does it better, I am not wondering as well if it was Whitney vs RHOP Ashley for slickest potstirrer who would win. Because Whitney is slick AF. While everyone else was acting surprised (or in the case of Jeannie being grace under pressure), here was Whitney keeping the focus on Jen with tweets, finding the news article, explaining in simple terms what Jen did, letting them know where Jen was arrested at, and being sure to be clear on who might have gotten Jen in trouble. Meanwhile, she was already pot-stirring and gassing up Jeannie to go against Mary. She was relishing Jen's downfall all throughout the episode, even while comforting her cousin who is the BFF to Jen. Just...hm. Speaking of... MEREDITH. I'm with Mary. Wow. At least Mary felt some sympathy for Jen through all the shade and ITYSs she was subtly (and not) busting out at her kiki with Meredith. But Meredith...was smiling like the cat who ate the canary. Hmmm...did she tip off the Feds? Or just happen to know what was up per the promo for next week? After all season and what was going on with Brooks, I could understand. Don't mess with Mama Bear's kids. But wow...she really was ice. (Sorry, Fabulous Ice. ) And oooooooooo at the tea she dropped on the girls about the assistant. My jaw was right there with them on the floor. Because I'd not heard any of that before. She is really out to get Jen. Who would have thought that the best thing for this show was Meredith ENGAGING? She is just so fascinating to watch. MARY. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! If there was anything that I was really and truly looking forward to from the moment the arrest happened (like most of Twitter) was Mary's reaction. She was the person who feuding with Jen most and had sparks with her the most. And like the best enemies, she had sympathy which I liked. But boy, that did not stop her from throwing some looks and so much shade (PS. thank you @Cheap21 for the picture battle the other day cuz Candiace is no match for Mary). And that kiki with Meredith was funny, even brought out a more fun side to Meredith. That said...not looking forward to those girls clearly making her the target on the trip. JEANNIE. I liked her being pragmatic about it all actually. And she also reveal some hard truths where I did not feel she was just doing it to snowball or curry favor with at all. But...she needs to apologize to Mary. But yes....that episode...and we still don't have Jen's feelings yet. Is it Sunday yet? lol. BH Rinna reported that Lois has passed. ALLSTARS First 3 episodes are loaded up on Peapock.

POTOMAC FINALLY!!! THE FINALE!!! I hated so much being behind...especially since I was looking forward to the finale. And I found that so enjoyable. For all of their toxic moments, I do like that the girls can loop back around from being dark to getting back to be fun. So other than my reservation, I thought it was a good season and a nice bounce back from last season...which I loved...but I know was very divisine. I will side-eye the editing though since I did not get my La Dame/Gizelle scene that was in the promo. That said...it was such a good finale of POTOMAC. It was everything I liked about it. Easy and breezy. Some fun and light shade. Centered on La Dame. And there were some fascinating scenes. And of course, drama. And it should say something that the drama had to do with Candiace. Since Michael really paid her dust and she is no match for Ashley (and Ashley is living the life Candiace wished she had), I feel like if Candiace is back, it will be her karma season. The GEB aren't studying her. Wendy is not studying her due to focusing on herself. And Messy Mia can even take or leave her. She was even turning on her man. So...she either need to grow up or bounce. Can't wait to sit down for the reunion episodes. The clips I've seen has been fun AF. LA DAME. WINNER!!!! Outright. Now I am worried about the vow renewal since we know how these events work on HW shows. But I loved seeing all of La Dame's extended family. And oooh her son all grown up. I was sad for her daughter. And just to see her friends and MACY GRAY!!!! She looked lovely. And still hilarious as heck. The stairs. The twerk. (ewwww on G for drooling). The inside was breathtaking (and the scene of the girls' reaction to those stairs was a hoot). It was great seeing her so happy and the episode gave everyone time, but in the end we ended on the Queen. And that empire...still growing. GIZELLE. GUUUUUURL!!!! STOP SHADING LA DAME AND HER MAN. Ugh. lol. That said...it's funny with her. She did step up her fashion game at the start of the season. And she should keep that up. But her trying to keep Pastor Holy Whore as a storyline. She needs to stop. WHAT WOULD BE MORE FASCINATING FOR HER would be if she explored WHY that is. Last episode with the therapist was really interesting and eye opening and if she would go more in that vein (and show some actual dates), she really could say herself from criticism over not having her own storyline except to try to destroy marriages and acting oblivious. A HMMMM. ROBYN. Surprisngly also a HMMMM. Because this was the first time I didn't think (and say) SHUT UP ROBYN. It was great to see the actual drama between her and Juan. There is still so much tension there and it's also fascinating to watch. It does seem like Robyn has never forgiven him for being on the road. And they STILL have not gotten married. Why is that? Hmmmm...is the rumor about another woman and this is just for show true? And I giggled every time that Juan and Michael were on screen together. WENDY. Say what I have about Dr. Wendy this season, but she has been dramatic. And perhaps it's because watching the last set of episodes there have been more hints of real Wendy than other Wendy. She just needs to do better. And a friendship with La Dame definitely helped her out. WINNER. ASHLEY. A season where Michael has little to no drama? Who would have thought? I definitely would say Ashley got to eat her cake and eat it, too. She did very little, but she still pop stirred like no other and still came out smelling like roses. The fact that she got Candiace to spin out of control again and barely trying. WINNER. CANDIACE. I was happy to see that she chose wisely to keep the spotlight on her career. Now on her mother on the other hand...smh. Ms. Dorothy was working overtime to be in it. Who does she think she is? Marlo? Yeeeah no. And then the Darbys made her spin out of control. When is she going to learn that the power she thinks she has is just an illusion. Even Chris is hip to it. He might not ever like Michael again, but it's a losing battle to be all against the group. If they are going to be around and stay, they are going to have to compromise. Example: The Hugers and the Darbys have been vicious, but look at them now. Candiace needs to grow up or she'll go the way of Cha Cha (who I saw made a cameo this episode along with MattMatt). LOSER. MIA. Messy Mia, Messy Mia, Messy Mia. lol. Really reduced to comedy relief, but I've liked her overall so WINNER. Bring on the reunion.

POTOMAC Awwww...the end of the trip...and the start of the end... Well, I should probably start with the bad. When the Season 6 trailer dropped, it looked like it would be a lot of crazy post-Monique. Once eagle-eyed viewers noticed scenes edited out, I was worried that a lot of what had been heard about (Wendy hardcore vs the GEB, La Dame and Gizelle's relationship getting really, really bad before getting better, Candiace vs Ashley at the dinner) was on the cutting room floor. I'm going to believe this if we don't get the La Dame/Gizelle scene where they talk about Pastor Holy Whore from the trailer. It feels like a case of the Production covering again for their favorites (in this case, Gizelle for the rumor and Candiace cuz of what I've mentioned already for the Porsha edit). The fact that the rumor storyline has completely faded away also makes me side-eyed. Now that said...that is not to say that this season has not been a good one. After last season, a season of fun, a bit of fluff, light shade, and some drama has been what the doctor ordered. And while it has been uneven cuz of the above, it has not taken completely away from the season as a whole. And this trip was the business. Not since NJ or old school RHOA have we had the husbands involved. And sometimes they are just as messy as the wives. lol. G...ChrisB...Michael...even steven Eddie....they get in the mess...or back off and watch. And it was great to see the women bond and I felt the trip solidated that Wendy and La Dame are good friends. Not to mention La Dame and Ashley. Cuz it warmed my heart to see Ashley with one of Karen's candles (and free advertisement hehe). Speaking of Ashley...no one does messy better on this show. Her getting into it with Candiace and gathering her throughout the trip. Now her getting into it with G (with backup from La Dame). And her vs Mia...I was right there with Candiace screaming. lol LA DAME. Her and Wendy. Her and Wendy. Her and Wendy. Their friendship during this trip has been all kinds of awwww. And loved her and Ray in their suits. And their birthday cake surprise in the middle of Messy Mia vs Ashley was a hoot. GIZELLE. No one...and I mean NO ONE...drags Gizelle like her daughters. lol. LOVE IT. What I did not love is her trying to drag this Pastor Hold Whore storyline. Girl, we know it's fake. I do like the angle that perhaps that her daughter have her soulsearching. Now THAT...is real. ROBYN. I swear she is slowly, but surely turned into the Tasha...uh...Trina...no, that's not it...Tara?...of this group. ASHLEY. Lord, all she wanted was some sleep. lol. But leave it to Ashley to get into the mess. And I have to say that yeah, Messy Mia got her good. That said, I thought it was interesting that she would go to therapy and talk about how she felt the group brought out the worst in her now that she was a mother. But...but...your tagline...? So I did a side-eye. And I hollered at her trying to have a date night with Michael and all he wanted to talk about was...Juan. hehe. And still continuing to keep herself relevant that pot stirring with Michael and Chris. Going back to what I said about the husbands. And as always love how her relationship with La Dame has grown cuz that product placement was EVERYTHING. CANDIACE. Was just comedy relief. I was not at all hating on her for it either. WENDY. I found the Wendy stuff fascinating. Perhaps Mama felt Wendy was trying to make her into a storyline and she was not having it at all. Interesting enough, Wendy is releasing a book (with her mama on the cover) March/May of next year about being raised Nigerian. So...was that the reason for this scene? Hmmm...? In any case, I did feel it was real Wendy here and not Bobblehead Wendy. MIA. Gather Ashley so easily. I was hollering. However, she didn't have to take it too dark either. Finale...at last...but saving for later.

POTOMAC Part 3 of the trip. It was definitely the lighter of the parts I've seen so far. It was still messy, but they had fun. Say what you want, but Wendy was a good host. Sorry, Gizelle. 😜 And then Mia and Candiace came to an understanding. Clearly, it was not going to last, but it was nice while it last. And speaking of Mia...hahahahhahah at Messy Mia. I cannot believe she is the worst bone collector ever, but still funny. As soon as the camera panned to her and G while Robyn was talking to Askale, I knew there was about to be a mess. And given how G was in the van, they are a matchy pair. I don't think he is ready for Ashley though. However, he kinda is being Peter Lite. LA DAME. While I've loved that La Dame has been above the fray nearing the end of the season and focusing on her love of Ray, outside of funny moments she has not really been doing anything. I guess Wendy has stolen the wrath of the GEB that usually try to use it on La Dame, but that has been most noticable. Not that I have not been enjoying seeing her empire grow. It was just noticeable this episode. GIZELLE. Whatever ho. lol. I cannot believe how much she is bent out of joint due to no bathroom when she is only getting back what she put out at her Reasonably Shady party. And then Wendy messaged her to be sure she moved out okay. She is just trying to be relevant on this trip. And well...everyone is still having fun so...not working. ROBYN. SHUT UP, ROBYN seems to be my mantra. WENDY. Being a good host. And love that she is really paying the GEB nothing, but dust. ASHLEY. Up until the end, kinda did not stand out. And now, having drama with G? CANDIACE. What is this I see? Voice of Reason Candiace from earlier in the season back in the house? Wow. Who knew? lol. But in any case, it was good to see her and Mia talk it out. However, Chris was right. Candiace runs the danger of being iced out if she cannot take accountability for herself. Cuz Ashley (and Michael) ain't going anywhere. MIA. MESSY MIA!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! Well, she's been keeping it popping. And that still keeping the fun going. But I don't think I will ever want her to not be the worst bone collector ever. lol. Never change. And I liked that she was even able to hold a conversation with Candiace. Now more problematic is G. Cuz do we need another Peter? And here they go with Ashley... Good episode.

Well darn!!! I wasn't expecting all THAT down there. Tessa, I'm jealous of you, gal!!!

Well, I like Stacy, but I prefer ED as Kristen, my Kristen. As far as Patty, I think I'm one of the few people here that liked her as Patty. Did she go off the rails? Yes. But before when she was just Mary Jane, I loved how they slowly revealed who she really was and Stacy played her with so much naunce during that time. By the time she was off her meds and going blonde, yeeeeeah she became just a psycho. And the writing just sunk her.

@Chris B yeah actress Jennifer Tilly (Sutton's friend) was on WWHL a little while ago and revealed that Sutton had gotten asked back and the look on Dorit (who was the other guest) face revealed she had not been asked back. Good to hear that a lot of people seem to be side-eyeing the robbery.

Wow. That honestly looked really good. Also glad that the glowup with Gina is real.

But I might go a little farther and wonder if the writers are finally annoyed at Production for sticking their fingers in when they get momentum and now it is showing in their writing. Because even when there were moments when the momentum was lost (like for example post double wedding during Feburary Sweeps this year) there was definitely that 'throw everything at the wall and see what sticks' approach to the writing, there was at least something to keep viewers watching. But now...it's not even there at all. Well scratch that. I like these last few days entering November Sweeps. 10-29 Well...we know I live for Carly vs Nina. LW and CW just stay having excellent hate chemistry and when they are allowed to do their thing (and the writing is not bias), they are so great to watch. Same for Ava. LOVE her giving Esme that warning. THAT'S the Ava I've been missing. I don't like Gladys. But I will say that I'm liking her as the blackmailer in the Maxie/Brooklyn/Austin storyline. Oh, look at Shawn mixing into the Nik/Ava/Esme/Spencer storyline by way of Hayden. And using Spencer to get to the truth is a stroke of genius. And I continue to like Spencer vs Nik because no one is completely a white hat. It is really starting to take on something of Shakespearian proportions and so gothic if played right. But...will it? Please let this mystery story lead to Curtis getting a really good story.
