Well, they dealt with some of Drew's activation...rushed though it was. I honestly feel the Hayden storyline won't be brought up until it's time to write Victor out. And I was just thinking about Holly and that story thread yesterday funnily enough. I was not meaning recast Liz silly. I don't know if you were in the spoiler thread when those blind items drop. And I don't know who read them or not so I am purposely being vague on the contents. I would be LIVID over a Liz recast. I think I have that interview sitting around somewhere. You now make me want to see if I do to read it. But what I read from the writer was written in the last week or so.

Hehe. It does look at devil horns. That's what it sounds to me. If it IS the case of the legacy character and they are not at all interested...it would be simple to recast, use the established history since some of the characters they interacted with are still around, and THEN build it around Elizabeth and the reveal. Kinda like how they slowly built Victor back in originally before he vanished...he had six months of story versus Scott, Anna, Valentina, and then focused it all on Laura fighting over the Cassandines.

It's funny you should say that. I got a peek at one of the latest SOD. And one of the writers was talking about what we have been discussing about her here. The lack of her being in her story. The fact that she apparently vanished after the (just viewed on my end) scene of her in the stairwell. The fact she did not get a 25th anniversary episode. I took two things from it. 1) I think she was the blind item we were discussing in the Spoiler thread about someone not waiting to return to play story. Well if the writers are adamant that this secret is tied to said legacy character well *cough*recast*cough* So it does sound like they are stalling her storyline to figure out what to do with that angle. 2) He seem adamant she wanted to do something with Liz for her 25th anniversary so it's going to be continuous throughout the year. See Number 1. If it is stalled how? And if he wanted to continue celebrating Liz's existence...they could be doing more. Lucky mentions. Tieing in her kids. Maybe flashbacks of love interests? Things to make you go hmmm.

RHoDubai I had originally posted this, but the internet ate it so I wanted to re-say some of it so forgive me if I lost some of my point. I know @NothinButAttitude @Cat and @Soaplovers had been talking about Caroline Stansbury and how she was not giving (and she's definitely not giving in her reunion look), but I agree about one thing for sure. From the moment LADIES OF LONDON went off the air after Caroline moved to Dubai, fans have been wanting her to pop up on a HW show. So her popping up on one definitely was a draw to get a new HW show going. And it had some buzz. I just think it is funny that she never expected that she would be surrounded by other strong women. And yes, she was used to being a certain way in Britain. Not to mention HBIC. I still felt she tried and failed to use her tricks that made her a favorite on LoL. She was a small fish now in a big ocean. But I feel as the season has gone on (I can't believe the finale is this coming week) she has pivoted nicely and has started to give some more to the show. And thank you to Soaplovers for mentioning that she was on WWHL and has noticed a lot of what we have been saying and if there is a Season 2, she will probably be more loose. That said...Ayan, Brooks, and Lesa carry the show easily. And I would be curious to see where the show goes in Season 2. RHoMelbourne I hope that is not true. I still have to finish my binge of Season 1. But...isn't Brooks the villain? She even has a villain tagline. 😜 She definitely has been the messiest for sure. But one thing that I've love about Dubai is that most people have appeared one way and then their layers get peeled back and we see nothing but gray in people. I am over that picture of Lesa's reunion dress when I know that there are better pictures of it online. Ooooo SHADE!!! hehe.

Well, that's cool. You have been binging. And I'm a sucker for spinoffs over originals so that is high praise. I think it's on my system so I might give it a look sooner. As someone who have read some of the graphic novels, you are in for a treat. I can see why. They have FIVE (one that hasn't even aired yet) series now. And it doesn't help that the series (especially BELOW DECK MED) have fallen into the toxicity trap that some of the HW shows have fallen into, making them not good viewing. That said... BELOW DECK DOWN UNDER just started this year for Peacock. But as with some of their Bravo shows, Peacock has allowed it to be aired on actual tv so I've decided to binge this week since I remember the trailers talking about how HOT the captain was. And...mmmm...lol. I totally would and he has a great work ethic (and accent since this show is based in Australia) which makes him hotter. Meanwhile....looooord the crew might go down as one of the hottest across all franchises from the girls to yes the guys. Even the weakest one has a nice bubble in his boxer briefs. I even find the obnoxious chef kinda attractive. But for YOU hehe, I think you would LOVE the bosun but you will really, really, REALLY love one of his crewhands given your pictures and our talks over in the Daily Hotness thread. He is such a goober, but he is a hot goober. And he's been a fun godsend...especially during one of the charters where they had a minor celebrity and his group of strippers on board. THAT will be the episodes you are looking for. But that said...as far as fun binges within this franchise...I would say this and the last two seasons of BELOW DECK SAILING YACHT are fun binges...though there's not a lot of hotties on that show...well I find Colin hot regardless of how he picked on his body in a Confessional. If THAT is a dad bod, then I don't know or care. lol. And you might sit there in shock that his best friend Gary appears to get so much sex and you will probably go '...how?'

lol. Guilty of this so totally understand. Granted I was young and came in and out of plot due to school, but going by the Clarence Update hehe I always thought he rediscovered his love because she had been shot and on death's door. Not before. I thought before they did the 'be with someone else to get a rise out of the ex' game that soap exes like to do back in the day.
