  1. Yeah, it's background at the moment and I can feel myself seeing red. Like Dani on BTG, Kristina is just one step forward, two steps backwards with me.
  2. I admit...I was wondering if that was where it was going, too. Alas. She will get out of that hospital set yet.
  3. @Antoyne awww hell no! Not my Ric and Liz.
  4. I thought today was a good episode. But in the grand scheme of RC breakdowns, I liked his second one more. Things that stood out as RCisms was the thankfully very brief mention of the cat story that people didn't even like from his first breakdown, Dani's little jump excitement as she ran up the stairs which made me think of moments from his other shows, and we know I love Nosy Nurse and she saved all of it due to the actress playing her so please don't stone me, but how she was in the episode echoed (slightly thank God) OldRecipe Brad on GH and what I know of Leo on DAYS. But again...the character has already been established as Nosy Nurse and the actress has the best ability of elevating everything she's in. In fact, if it was those aforementioned characters, it would have been sillier. Nosy Nurse can be that way, too, but the actress perfectly grounded it in reality. THAT is a skill. I think what I liked about this episode is the fact that everything was moving nicely. It does seem like this week is going to be about the lawsuit and its dynamics among the Duprees and Andre's drama though. I like the former, but I know there are going to be problems with the latter. I love that we are getting to see more of Naomi. I realized today that I guess I haven't gotten quite a feel on her outside of the other third generation Duprees. But seeing her in work mode, I really enjoy her and what it reveals about her character. She was giving a bit of Olivia Pope with some Christine Blair today, and I didn't mind it. I'm really looking forward to Father vs Daughter. They feel evenly matched. Meanwhile, the subplot with her man and the corrupt cop(?) continue. And them having individual stories is really allowing for them to be rootable as the first together couple we saw in the first episode. Chelesa vs Hayley was great, too. Chelesa got all the good licks in on her. And I honestly like seeing Hayley get out of the bubble she's been in with only Bill and Dani by interacting with others. First Naomi which was long overdue and now Chels. Go on. Will she be able to repair any rift between Bill and Chelesa/Naomi? Time will tell. And then Chelesa having to have a firm hand with Mommy Dearest. Watch that girl grow. Dani, Dani, Dani. So much one step forward, two steps back with her. I honestly felt like she really wanted to help Chelesa. And it seem like Chelesa got through to her why she can't. And then she was tempted by the drink. And then she got that call from Bill. And then I rolled my eyes cuz I knew she was going to take that the wrong way. And not helped by how easily her and Bill go into their old roles as husband/wife. And the fact that Bill can when he is newly married is soooo telling. And God, Timon and Karla have great chemistry. And don't think I didn't notice how they were sat at the beginning of the reminiscing. Cuz by the end, their legs were touching. And I gasped and shook my head when Dani kissed him. I'm sure I'll feel differently later, but I felt today was the first time I was annoyed with Ashley. I think for me, while the start of Andre/Ashley has been nicely paced. Now...it felt very paint-by-numbers. I did like that Derek verbalize his jealousy to Jacob. But, like I said earlier, the show flowed smoothly without them so having them back...at the moment...felt like a clunker storyline. Not even Nosy Nurse could save it. And she was the best part of their storyline. Ooooo cool!
  5. And all of them are getting the proper build, too. Well except for Anita's. I fully expect that to change.
  6. *gasps* That ending... Well, there's Ted and Nicole's FOINE doctor friend who was at Nicole's award event for sure. And I agree. Watching Dani today in work mode...and the other times she's been...she has that drive so I could see her opening a modeling business. Welcome to the club. Onion and all! 😜
  7. And that whole scene is why Bill and Dani will probably be endgame. They fell back into their old roles waaaaay too easily. And there was chemistry there. HAHAHHAA!!! My gal wants ALL...THE...TEA.
  8. Hahah! Girl went and changed clothes and everything. smh. One step forward, two steps back. DEAD at 'what you do?' Naomi is suing Bill and it is automatically his fault.
  9. They gotta go through the fire first. And it's STARTING...
  10. 'Child, please.' From the mouths of babes, but go ahead, Chelesa...read Hayley. I also love 'When Dani Dupree has people in the palm of her hand, it's usually where they tend to stay.' The delivery. The dialogue. The music. Whhhhattt!!! Not Bill calling Dani.
  11. Hehe. How Olivia Pope-ish. Perhaps Dani should start a modeling agency. She does have good ideas. And when she's focused on business, she's firm, but will get business done. Awww not drinking. Mmmmm Jacob.
  12. You know what? Seeing Naomi in lawyer mode is really endearing her to me. And that she has the guy I like Jacob as her man...just...so rootable. How funny. Were you all just talking about how Laura had not mentioned and she got mentioned today. Still laid up in bed. 'Ooo something may be happening. Let me call you back.' HAHAHAHAHA! OH, NOSY NURSE, HOW I'VE MISSED YOU.
  13. I feel like some do. Outside of her love interests of course. Ahhh. Well in that case...
  14. Yay! Made it to today!!! HA!!! Naomi clocking them thinking about that settlement. Like father, like daughter. DEAD at Hayley's losing her sport spot. #TeamDani Hehe. Round 3 for RC...and his mention of his cat story...OF COURSE. Nosy Nurse!!!
  15. Le sigh. I'm not sure I'm ready. I had heard something about that cuz Liz...worth me going to go watch?
  16. Coming into April with the catch up... Now they might actually go there with Vanessa and Joey. Well, well...that would be some messy and juicier given what's going on with her husband...and her trainer...and...lol. I am still not over Bill trying to pull a fast one on Naomi. But I really loved that it allowed to see Bill in action. Timon really sold those scenes. That's the kind of manipulation I like to see. Sinister...even a bit of menace...but subtle. I'm definitely here for him vs Naomi who also got some great licks in. And being a true soap moment...how the lawsuit storyline impacted on Tomas and Kat...which of course might give a way to Tomas and Eva getting closer, giving that triangle another layer. Dani, Dani, Dani. One step forward, two steps back. lol. I did like her idea for Chelesa though. But yeah, it's still too soon after the 'break-up' of Dani and Chelesa. And I loved seeing Dani/Kat together since they seem to be the fashionistas of the family. I'm always going to be here for Eva vs Kat. Let them claws out!!! But of course, Kat is going to try to back down for now. But I'm sure the writers will find yet another reason to have them at all. I mentioned yesterday that I already loved the Dani/Andre dynamic. And how she can see right through him like a mom. So great to see more of that. Though such a typical guy with how he's handling Ashley. I also think this was the first time I was personally annoyed at seeing Ashley. While I like her, I also noticed like the rest of you, how great last week flowed without her, Derek, and Andre...and I at least noticed Andre was MIA versus her and Derek. Awww Nosy Nurse...how I've missed you. So Week looks like it's off to a good start.
  17. RHOA I admit to being surprised. Since the main storyline coming into the season is Brit vs Kenya, I couldn't believe that we were already getting to it. Not enough build for me honestly. And aren't RHOA's season usually 18 episodes without the reunion episodes? It makes me go uh oh overall. But for the episode itself, I thought it was very good. It felt like the ladies were finding their rhythm. There were several things going on. And the episode just flowed. If anything, the only false note was Porsha's continued attempts to be relevant. It does worry about the direction of the show once Kenya exits. PORSHA. I knew that she was not okay after saying she was coming to a truce with Drew. And then having that whole scene about it. GIRL, BYE. So in a twist, I did like that she does not realize that she started organic drama with Shamea with her acting like she did not recognize Shamea's voice. Last week, she was poking for the sake of poking and relevancy. Her at the Bank dinner felt completely authentic. And that is because Porsha has a history of not liking when her friends start to outshine her just like Nene. So it tracks. Finally. SHAMEA. And let me be clear...Shamea continues to OUTSHINE Porsha. I loved the history lesson with Shamea. I had no idea that she had been in so many music groups. All the years she's been on RHOA, I never knew. And I saw that segment and went NO WONDER HER AND KANDI HAVE SO MUCH IN COMMON!!! The music! The wealth! Enduring marriages! Why has Shamea been hiding this all this time? I was so impressed and inspired. Meanwhile, she also mended fences with Angela...a sign of a woman who know how the HW game is played. And trying to get her music career out there and using the platform right as well. And she was still giving humor and fun shade. I've always liked her since she took on Shady Phae Phae, but I really think she's doing a great job. DREW. Woooooow they gave Tampa Ralph a Confessional...the shade of it all!!! Look FOINE though...lol. But seriously, good to get an update on her and Ralph's divorce. Also good to see her in the music studio. And she and Dennis talking on camera about Porsha...uh oh. But still...Dennis has always done what he wanted to do. Porsha played her hand wrong in that situation. IMO. In any case, Drew was still giving story any way she could do it, and it does not come across as someone throwing things at the wall to make things stick. If Porsha needs to be doing anything, it would be...taking NOTES. (c) Lesa Milan. KELLI. So, so, SOOOOOOOO my favorite of the newbies. And I'm so mad that we were cheated out of watching her friendship with Kenya grow. That scene with them at Kenya's beauty center was great. And OMG at even more backstory on her ex-man. He sounds CRAZY!!! ANGELA. She just fits in. It almost feels like she's always been there. I feel how she's moving has been reminiscent of when Garcelle joined BH in Season 10. She's getting a lay of the land, getting to see how the dynamic is. And it's working out for her. And good that she was smart to bring a stop to her and Shamea's feud. And even though she was hanging with Brit, she stayed open minded to Kenya. Moreso since she interacted with Kenya off-screen. BRIT. Kenya herself said it best. 'Thank you for using my catchphrase.' EXACTLY!!! She went into that Bank dinner (which was nicely done) with the purpose of trying to have a moment. Feeling some kind of way about a hug. Asking questions. Coming for Kenya when Kenya DID NOT send for her. Spiraling like the peasant she was coming for a queen. And This queen knew to keep calm and keep it moving. And then mentioning pistols and whips IS a threat. I clocked her husband last week not saying NOTHING about Kenya. And he was the level-headed one here. Cuz at least someone in that marriage knew Kenya's rep preceded her. And also...KENYA WAS RIGHT. Speaking of... KENYA. KENYA WAS RIGHT. She didn't do anything, but be civil. And if Brit can spiral over one comment, she wouldn't be able to handle a true Kenya attack...which it sounds like we are getting next week. hehe. Since she want the smoke, I guess she will get the smoke. But even without that, Kenya gave actual moments. From her hanging with Kelli. To seeing her ki-ki-ing briefly with Porsha. And the very fact those game questions were all about who? KENYA. She doesn't need moments...unlike Brit...because she IS the moment. Now that she's been vindicated, I say have at her. Like I said, very good episode. That episode...and tonight's BH...is about to have online in shambles.
  18. Very. I hope she lands somewhere else soon.
  19. Good to hear it. Go, 'head, Nosy Nurse!!!
  20. HAHAHAHA!!!! I LOVE HER.
