  1. yeah. Ironic how he brings so many back from the dead but then offs others like it's nothing. Exactly, he's going for 'shock value'. Of course like you said, dead doesn't mean dead on DAYS, so I do have hope there's more to it than meets the eye but who knows?
  2. She's very viable and this run proves it. I hope there's more to this. I'm not sure if it's confirmed 100% or not. But Gwen and Laura's confrontation is supposed to end tragically. Could mean a lot of things but there's also a fight at the cemetery I believe between Abby and Gwen ..... read into it all what you will. I just don't trust Ron on this. [!@#$%^&*].
  3. THANK GOD. They were waiting for a 'reason'. And 'blunder from down under' refers to Maga Jax/Ingo Rademacher. So many pointless characters. None of them should be. Griffith has no clue what to do with anyone. (Though the above three are all played by average actors, and that's being nice)
  4. So much for that optimism ... Sounds like Laura's gonna get killed off. I hope not. If true: [!@#$%^&*] YOU RON. He always goes 'too far'.
  5. You sure about that
  6. For me, LOL, there'd be no point without her. It makes no sense to reboot the show in primetime and NOT have Susan Lucci starring. She was the face of ABC Daytime for 40 years. She BETTER be involved. LOL I understand they likely want to focus on younger ... but to not have Susan, Debbi and Eva starring as their characters would be a massive mistake. I wouldn't watch it. I'd give it a shot but I wouldn't be interested. And most wouldn't either, IMHO. If they want it to succeed they have to adopt the daytime drama for primetime. Otherwise it won't make it, mark my words. You HAVE to get Susan. And why WOULDN'T she participate?
  7. LOL I thought this was a joke. It isn't. WHYYYYYYYY?
  8. THIS! Says it all doesn't it And Gwen and Charlie have been fantastic additions. So entertaining and the actors are great. LOL, bingo The propping of Ben is ridiculous and absurd and Uncle Ron knows it
  9. I'm a fan as well. Don't know that I love Laura 'taking the fall', if you will, for the secret of Gwen, but it's great seeing her, and having her be involved helps her character I suppose under Ron, hopefully he uses her more.
  10. Again, exactly how I feel. You say it so much better! I'm still working on my coffee hahaha I agree Susan can be annoying. I do think SH could play her as an actual character. She does a good job, right on par with Eileen. Her Kristen is just too different.
  11. lol ok. It's not the cut. It's the flat look of it. Does her no favors. I think she looks fantastic but the hair does her no favors, SORRY. I won't cut it out. Fabulous Dano deserves better. I'm actually excited to see her as Vivian.
  12. I like SH too, but you've nailed it for me in both of your posts. It's not working. That being said, SH seems to slay Susan Banks, but YMMV.
  13. Really ya'll? OK. LOL. To each their own.
  14. Yeah, I'm guessing Laura has news on Gwen's real story and possible mental state. After all, we did meet Gwen with Claire in the psych hospital.
  15. Ohhh, right. Good catch.
  16. Agreed, it's still a mixed bag and I'm reserving some hope lol because it could quickly get derailed. Can we keep TempJordan?
  17. Some thoughts ... I enjoyed the use of Tracy this go around. This is how you make it worth an actor's time to come out of 'retirement' and play. (Jess Walton deserves the same at Y&R but Griffith sucks) Sonny's amnesia has potential but it's clear his large episode guarantee is a hindrance. How many days can you show Phyllis and Lenny angsting over him? Lord it's already played out. I like Phyllis and Lenny and appreciate they tied Phyllis in to this, which also crosses into Carly/Nina/Jax and the Nelle secret. Speaking of that, Nina/Jax is ready to implode and that should be fun. This is how Carly should be written. Well, somewhat. At least she's plotting and scheming and driving story. I LOVE they included Bobbie. FINALLY. I want more of this. It's really all I ask. Just use the vets well; they don't have to be leads. I like they remembered Bobbie's history with Wyndemere and living there. I notice more and more history usage/mentions and I'm here for it. Use it when it's relevant. That's also all I ask. I literally yawned during the Michael and Willow flashbacks. Really GH. You think this couple has any chemistry? They do not. I know it's subjective but they are literally as boring as paint drying (which is ironic one of their 'sexy' scenes was painting; I swear it was done on purpose). Gawd. Something has to shake up Michael/Willow/Sasha because it's just not working. Sasha works on her own but the actress is still a bit green. Yet I still find her vastly more interesting than who they want to push: Willow. Yet the actress playing Willow has kinda won me over. It's weird. They need to do better here. Tad and Jenny were finally reunited in Port Charles. LOL. It was nice to see them together. MEK really has started to take care of himself again and it's so nice to see. I was honestly worried about him towards the end of AMC (which, sadly was a decade at this point). I like they're infusing humor into Martin and Valentin more and more. The actors do it well and it works. Valentin is kinda growing on me and it's thanks to MEK and Martin. Weird. I enjoyed the Ned/Olivia/Alexis fall-out. Lisa LoCicero is great and I love they're using her more post-covid shutdown. It's noticeable and appreciated, at least by me. Using Tracy to "drive" the story as well helped tremendously. Steve Burton perks up around Rebecca Herbst, just saying. I'm so sick of Liz being used to prop Franco and Howarth's scenery chewing is beyond old. PLEASE put us out of our misery here. The show isn't perfect but I do see a ... shift, maybe, and it *almost* feels like Frank is letting Dan and Chris write and that they remembered it's a soap opera. There's lots of potential, IMHO. Let's see how it goes ... And I like Bellow as TJ. He's grown on me. Tequan is the better actor (and I'm beyond thrilled Tequan and Vinessa are having success outside of daytime, they were STARS and GH failed to use them well) but TB is good when given the material. Molly and TJ aren't used nearly enough. I always get encouraged when they have a few episodes but they aren't on contract so ... sigh. And honestly, why didn't they just cast Johnny Wactor as Lucky?
  18. Reading through the thread, nothing gets me to watch. I DVR it everyday but never have the desire to hit play. Sigh. Why is Griffith still here? Does no one else want the job? Ya'll miss Sally Sussman Morina yet? lol
  19. I doubt it's long-term. I wish they'd just can RSW and give Cin stans their HEA and then re-introduce Ciara down the road. But no, Ron has some fetish for Ben.
  20. Thank you, this was it!
  21. Looks like Vanessa Williams is still around and possibly Theo is back. I'm curious what story hiring Jackee gives all of them and Abe/Lani/Eli.
  22. Just say NO to Laura being Gwen's Mommy. Lawd. LOL. I hate whoever put that out there to begin with on social media. But with Uncle Ron, who the hell knows?
