I watched. Emily O'Brien is so good. I love Jack's look of absolute WTF confusion. It was well done. And believable. Obviously there seems to be a bit *more* to the story (cue Laura). Ugh. Ben. I actually didn't hate him with Allie (ducks). But sigh. He's still a killer. That will never change. I won't give in and just get over it like Ron and the show wants, lol. lol, I have to agree. It's so bizarre she wants love and acceptance yet she tried to completely demolish his entire family. LOL. Oh Uncle Ron.

I haven't watched but I feel better. LOL. I wanted her to be Jack's daughter, but I also wanted it to work and make sense. I'm relieved it sounds like it does.

Yep I've always had this in the back of my head. He's so going to do that. Especially with Bonnie more Adrienne than Bonnie, IMHO. She's great. I'm so happy with her in the role. I will be LIVID if they go that route. There is NO plausible way.

It actually is an interesting panel now. I'll give the show that. It's never interested me but I do like the current panel of hosts. I'm tired of The View honestly. Meghan is draining. It was so nice without her. It does seem a little 'too late' though for The Talk. It doesn't really get any buzz or have any traction it feels like. JMO.

Excellent points. That's very true. They have a slew of people who are active and they can really do a decent tribute, should they so choose. I hope they do but I have my expectations in check, LOL.

I appreciate they are. But they also paid tribute to Susan Brown and Peter Hansen and I was less than impressed but who knows?

It did with Angel. That was a disaster. I do like the Brenda angle but like you said, she'd never keep him from his family. But they're idiots to not play her into it. And like you said, everything will revert back to how it was in a few months. I'd love for this to be different. Meanwhile, I appreciate they finally are showing TJ having a POV in all of this.

That's how I feel (and definitely agreed on Reilly's material). JLB is very unique and compelling and interesting to watch. I do think some of the hysterical Laura might have caused viewers to forget how good she is.

lol that's true, she has! Reeves, Cameron and now Cady McClain. I kind of think JLB bears a resemblance to both Reeves and McClain. I actually wish Laura had been used more over the last 12 years. It was such a waste to have Bill and Laura off-screen (and then to just kill Bill off-screen with little fanfare ... anywho ... the character should have mattered more is what I'm getting at and it shouldn't have reached the point that because Edward Mallory had since passed and Bill was off-screen so much that they said "what the hell")

That was my thought too. I'm looking forward to seeing her. I know some will never care for her Laura, and I get it, but who else would they use at this point? lol. She IS Laura now. Right? LOL. It never made sense. I mean, I get why Reilly wanted Jack and Laura to hook up, but like, talk about forced.

I had a feeling Louise Sorel didn't want to do it because of travel/pandemic. I'm definitely curious to see Dano in the role. I think she might surprise us. I'm hopeful. But lord THAT HAIR. Why?

The show is definitely much better without Sonny and Julian. I wish Sonny would stay dead but we'd never be that lucky. Jason and REAL Carly taking over could be great. Too bad it's Soccer Mom Carly. No offense to Laura Wright, who's great. Jason and Carly should also be hitting the sheets over their grief. Just sayin'. I liked the unraveling of Curtis and Jordan. FakeJordan is growing on me. I wouldn't mind her jumping for a ride on Taggert. And I feel like lots could be explored with Curtis and Portia. It's also time for Jordan to lose her job ... Agreed on Molly and TJ being severely underutilized. Genie Francis is carrying this SHOW. Whoever wrote the script for Friday's episode was enjoying Laura / Lesley / Cyrus. The lines were great. I was dying. It's SO nice seeing Denise Alexander back as Lesley. I wish she had been used more over the last decade but at least they always seem to find a way to utilize her. Just wish it were more often. I was also lol'ing during Britt and Obrecht's reunion. "Did you get bangs?" ... "call the WSB, they have a 1-800-number and everything!" LMAO I lol'd when Ryan smirked as he was wheeled into the elevator. Ryan, don't go .... I HAVE A LIST! And with the canvas the way it is ... now's a good time to bring back Brenda for an amnesiac Sonny and bring on Spencer for angst in the teen crowd and Ava/Nikolas, Laura/Lesley/Cyrus ... it all writes itself, really. Also paging Lucky Spencer ...

Yeah, I don't understand the writing sometimes. And I think it's also how RSW plays it. It was a good week all things considered. I also somewhat liked GH. It feels like they woke up. I hope the momentum continues. THIS We're going on 3 years of this damn redemption. I'm so sick of it. We spend so much time on him when it could go towards literally anyone else. I just don't feel like our soaps have this kind of time to waste anymore. And he's a SERIAL KILLER. Like ... just because Will didn't stay dead doesn't erase the others. I can't. It can NEVER work and they need to just accept it and move on.
