Going back and watching the Dan and Carolee pairing/marriage. I wonder why they decided to make Dan a psycho ? Richard Higgs was a great actor and he could have been used long term on the show. I could have pictured him paired with Althea or Ann. I was sorry to read of his suicide while he was on Love of Life in 1977. He was a tall. In some of his scenes he has to lower his head to enter doors.

Yes Steven did later on briefly. Sammy Jo first hooked up with Bart's brother Clay played by Ted McGinley. He was also seeing Amanda at one point. When she and Steven started living together again, it was a platonic relationship. She then fell in love with that football player, played by Tom Schanley. He died after like 5 episodes of an OD. Steven left the show soon after.

I googled and it said Robert Brian Wilson also played the part. So assume it must have been during the final year of the show. Kevin played Bart Fallmont during the 1985-1986 season of Dynasty. I think the network got nervous with his storyline with Steven and it was ended abruptly. Conroy is best known today for doing the voice of Batman.

Yes he was. The actor who played him was in the very first Friday The 13th with Kevin Bacon. He plays the owner of Crystal Lake and hires the youngsters as counselors to fix it up. In the film he has a creepy scene where he is shirtless in daisy dukes and touches the face of Alice the hero of the film implying something sexual and she acts all weird. Carol for a time was married to Steve before he took up with Betsy. I think I remember reading that Rita Walter McLaughlin (Carol) was Patty Dukes twin double (when it was the back of her head) on her 60's sitcom.

Lilibet said in an interview in recent years that when she decided to quit, Bill Bell was upset because they were in the middle of a big story and he loved writing for her and had long range plans for Patty. Andrea Evans was quickly hired after her popular stint on OLTL to fill the role. Her portrayal of Patty was a bust and the character was off the show in a year.
