She was Rose Turner on Y&R http://theyoungandtherestless.wikia.com/wiki/Rose_Turner I didn't care for Justine. I felt like she ate the show during that period, only to be written out in 1985. By the by, Page Hannah is Daryl's sister.

Redhead with Chase: Adair McCleary, played by Page Hannah and later played by Susan Carey Lamm. Adair was in a love triangle with Chase and Alec Kendall. Redhead on couch: Justine Calvert, played by Leslie Stevens who was on Y&R last year. Justine was a foil for Cagney and Suzie and was almost murdered around New Year's Eve 1984/1985.

Karynn BURNS DOWN The CHANCELLOR ESTATE!! #155
Brilliant! I loved the following line: "With that deep voice Jill has whose to say she is a woman." And the church bus? That was awesome!

I believe she refurbished Company while Laibson was still executive producer. They debuted the new set, which was then quickly redesigned when Rauch came on board as executive producer at the end of 1996. Just dawned on me that Laibson redesigned Company and redid the theme sing in 1996 and both changes were very unpopular with the audience.

As others pointed out, that was indeed Meg Myles as Mavis Stone. Meg also played Sid Brennan on The Edge of Night in the early 1980s. I think the McCleary brothers became prominent in the titles because they became the focus of the show. Granted, there was less McCleary here, but there was another episode -- post-flood -- that was only the three brothers as they went back to their childhood home to see what they could salvage. And the only McCleary missing in this episode was Hogan. Adair and Kate were already gone and the recast Kate and Malcolm/Matt did't arrive until around September.

One Life to Live Tribute Thread
Just listened to it. Very fascinating interview. Especially loved her insights on OLTL in the early 1990s. However, she talks about producing GL in the 1970s (around the time it went to an hour), not writing for the show. She says she was moved to ATWT where executive producer Fred Bartholomew told her she would not be returning to GL. And she then states that she didn't go back to GL. She very briefly talks about producing and then writing ATWT for about a year. After that, she talks at length about her time on OLTL.

ALL: They Almost Became
That's just bizarre. I can't picture Gerringer as Bradley at all. There was such an age difference between Gerringer (born in 1926) and James Rebhorn (born in 1948).

ALL: Soap Stars - Where are they now?
Ellen Parker (Maureen Bauer, Guiding Light) is on this week's episode of "The Leftovers" on HBO. A little grayer, but still looks the same. And Billy Magnuson (Casey, As the World Turns) was just on, too.

It was such a travesty that they killed off Quinn. She was a great character and had so much potential. Yet she was sacrificed for the Sin Stalker story. I suspect that had Gail Brown's Clarice not been writer out the previous year that Clarice would have been murdered, too. Margaret DePriest was head writer at the time. John Whitesell was Executive Producer.

I thought Zimmer left and then returned a few months later to wrap up Nola's story. Zimmer's daughter was born in June 1982 (according to stuff I've seen online) and Nola departed around September. Didn't Nola literally sail off into the sunset with Tor?
