  1. I'm so disappointed I don't have Retro TV. A dream come true to have 60s soap available on tv and its not even available in half the country.
  2. Thanks for posting the latest Lorie clip. Love JLB with the longer hair. This Leslie/Lorie confrontation was better than the last (where Lorie learned Leslie was pregnant with Lance's baby) and it was nice to see Leslie play the piano. I've come to the conclusion I'm not a fan of Dennis Cole as Lance. I prefer the little over seen of John McCook. And the background music! Love the cue they played in the first five minutes during the Leslie and Loroe scene.
  3. Wow! I think that's the first of Jill versus Dina I've seen and I love it! They really should have brought her back in 2006 when John died.
  4. I looked in the anniversary book and he's just referred to as 'her neighbor Eddie' and in the cast list as Edward, played by Paul Tulley.
  5. Yes! The clip is on the TV guide website in am interview with Melody on her thirty fifth anniversary. I have been dying to see the entire story since. Lol.
  6. Thanks for posting the music critics ball. Leslie and Lorie looked stunning. That was such a lavish setting. We will never get stuff like that today. B&B comes close but have they ever even had a ball? That's the first I've seen of Stuart and Liz together, too bad they were separated and written out. And its always nice to see Jeanne Cooper/Kay! Especially her earlier stuff. Thanks so much!
  7. Thanks for sharing these recaps, Paul Raven! Do you have any for the fall of 1981? Whenever the Edward/Nikki Psycho-esque story played out?
  8. Thanks for sharing the Braeden/Bergman fight article. I had no idea the police were called! Imagine the fights we don't know about
  9. Thanks for posting more! Is this before or after the funeral scene where Lucas throws open the casket? Glad to see the start of more background cues. A lot of the other scenes which were already great would've been even better with those amazing scores in the background. So they actually brought the Robert Laurence character back or the actor? I wonder what other random characters came and went.
  10. Thanks for posting! I've always wanted to see this play out and YT only had quick snippets of it. JLB has...interesting acting. She draws you in but is totally over the top. Victoria Mallory looks much better with the long hair compared to her shorter hair in the previous clip.
  11. Did Lorie leave as Julia was returning or was that before or after Lorie was written out? I wonder if Lorie and Victor would have become friends and if Lorie would have had Julia's supporting role in the Eve story?
  12. I can't thank you enough for posting this amazing stuff! I know its been said before but I really wish we could have seen Lorie stay with the show for years. However its amazing the way Bill Bell rebooted the show and had successful leads thereafter.
  13. Amazing to see part of the Brooks storyline! It was almost a role reversal from everything I've read about Leslie and Lorie with Lorie being in the emotional state and Leslie calmer. Does anyone know what year those scenes aired?
  14. I thought there was a thread for this but I couldnt find it so figured I would ask here. Did anyone ever get the B&B DVD releases with the first 16 episodes and then the most memorable moments? They came out about two years ago but for whatever reason I waited this long to order them. The disc packaging is rather cheap but the quality is great and its nice to see the beginning of the show, which was entirely different. However their choices for most memorable moments (2003-2008 the only years they chose) were rather lackluster.
  15. I had heard about the belly dancing scenes through recaps and thought it might have come off embarrassing but that was actually surprisingly well done. Lance's random singing somehow worked too. That kind of stuff would come off dreadfullybad these days.
  16. It gets better and better. So addicting.
  17. Never thought I'd be able to see Lorie and Vanessa or Lorie and Lance for that matter. Thanks for posting! 70s Y&R is so good. I wish Sony or the Bells would do a Y&R DVD release like they did with B&B.
  18. Wow! That was fantastic. Peggy is more interesting than I thought she would be. That flashback of Lorie learning the truth was amazing. JLB perfected her reaction, wish I could see the entire fallout to that story.
  19. Soo jealous! Lol. I really hope you can figure out a way to upload and share it.
  20. Thanks for sharing that! So happy to finally see it and in color! It did not disappoint. JC was so good. I'm really intrigued by her Alice and Pat on OLTL but I wish she stayed as Alice. Thank you saynotoursoap!
  21. I'm dying to see the confrontation between Rachel and Alice. I've been hearing about it for years.
  22. Thanks! I'm pretty sure they weren't but thought it was worth asking!
  23. There are about six different Y&R minisodes. The preniere. Katherine and Phillip in the 70s. Snapper saying goodbye to Chuckie. Cole and Victoria. Tricia taking Victoria's place. Christine and Danny marrying. I thought it was just a few! I wish they would add more 70s/80s!
  24. Is Ryan and Victoria's 2001 wedding with Tricia taking over anywhere online? I found a few scenes here and there (mainly on the Minisode Network or in French) but I'm dying to see the whole thing.
  25. I've been rewatching Night Shift season one and she's so good. Can't believe they wasted her for a good five years.
