Those Germany photos surprise me as generally I think of them of having a populace much less prone to mob mentality (in recent years). I guess money wins out, and eventually lockdowns lead to breakdowns...and I imagine as in the US, it's mainly white conservative voices speaking up.

I was already very wary about Reade, for many reasons, but her pushing stories about the Warren and Harris campaigns (two of the three candidates Bernie people hate the most - the only one left out is Pete Buttigieg) makes me even more wary. And now we have this: A lot of the damage is already done - international headlines of her telling new far left darling Megyn Kelly that Biden needs to drop out - but I hope most people will stop and question what is going on.

If you're seeing that "Mike Pence delivers empty boxes of PPE" video going around, apparently it's deceptively edited. I have no pity for him, just don't want you to get hate for it if you share it.

You have a good point. I'm still not sure how Conboy did wrong by Marj after he let her shine at Capitol. At least he kept her on and she was styled well (I think), so compared to some GL producers I guess that was not bad for her.

I still wonder what might have been in 2002 - I was disappointed by most of what was on display. The idiot plotting in the Harley/Philip custody battle was shocking - I still can't get over those loltastic scenes where Harley broke into the Spaulding mansion to kidnap their son; the Richard mercy-killing/Rick heart story lacked so much emotion and felt rushed and cliched; the Michelle/Bill pairing was dull and I disliked NSA's Michelle enough to where I was rooting for a mobster to get sole custody of a Bauer child. Once we got into later fall things began to impress me more, with Danny/Cassie, Alexandra's return, the Ed/Holly pairing amidst Michelle not wanting her around the baby, etc. but sadly Conboy and Weston (ick) were on the way.

That's great. I loved that pairing. I still can't wrap my head around Kevin being involved with Laura - are they ever even shown?

She did go back in 1998 but I think she was another who felt she had no control over her work.

The most I have seen beyond the story outlines and photos is a few of the soap magazines back then and their reviews of what is onscreen (generally not all that positive...). I just wish I could see some of the Tracy Delmar/Kit Vested saga. I also have to say that the haircut Lynne Adams has in the Stanley period is so unflattering.

I thought Paul Leyden was very handsome and charismatic as well. Until dumbass Brad I think Katie was constantly paired with love interests who were better than she was.

This sham continues, and - what a shock - it's being enabled by New York Times reporters. Between this nonsense and Barr dropping all charges against Michael Flynn (who already pled guilty) and the post office stuff, I just don't want to think about where we're heading.
