At one time the first and second episodes were on Youtube, as was the episode where Sara died. Not sure now. I've never seen any of Nicole early on.

When Rachel Miner was auditioning for roles as a little girl, she would see Erin Torpey so many times that they became friends. Rachel auditioned for GL, as Michelle, at the same time as she heard that OLTL was aging Jessica. Her father worked for OLTL or ABC, so she couldn't audition, but she told Erin about it. Erin auditioned and was cast.

To me Peter was a much poorer role than Steve. I understand why he was upset about Steve/Deborah but I wish he'd stayed. He was perfect for EON.

Thanks. I didn't know who was singing that. Chip seems a little rough around the edges for Curtis but there's a lot of good in there, especially when he's with Ava. Over time I think he has also developed a sweet chemistry with Rena Sofer. I never even knew Rocky was with Curtis until recently. Minnie and Egypt were both very popular with viewers. There weren't a lot of characters like Minnie on most soaps, unless they were stuck in servant roles.

Paul Wesley (one of the other guys he beat out) also used to be on soaps - he was Max, Tammy's adopted brother, on GL, and Jake's nephew on AW. The soaps used to bring so many good people to primetime - all of those guys, even if I didn't watch their shows too often at the time (like DAYS), I could see the potential. These days that's tough to find on a lot of soaps.
