I've had the same question. I think it would be 1991, as Philip and Beth were leaving, which is what triggered it. But someone once told me the scene never existed and Michael O'Leary was joking. I don't know. I'll never stop wanting GL and ATWT to be revived. I miss them every day, just about.

I think Lemay basically said in his book that Sam Groom's replacement was not good. I have another interview with him from around this time, in Afternoon TV. Not sure if I ever posted it or not. I have to laugh at Felicia at a grave-digging. Once upon a time she would have been digging it up herself, probably wearing a huge boa. I like how you pair up some exes in this chapter. Allen seems to be getting that cheating itch...

Really? That's interesting. I wonder if they will mention Hope. I thought he couldn't practice medicine because he killed his wife. Was that cleared up? I don't remember most of the story.

I wonder if anyone will ask him about playing another character (he was on contract from fall 1996-spring 1997, and had a story with Ashley, Katherine and Hope - he actually left the show with Hope).

The beginning of this is on another channel. Michael O'Leary does a good job in this episode. I've mellowed because years ago, Josh kidnapping Reva would have enraged me. Now I mostly just think the scenes are a little flat, although I laughed when Josh tricked her into saying she hadn't been kidnapped. Daniel Pilon was so dull as Alan. Thanks. Sometimes I forget about the long delays with magazines. There was one from early or spring 1971 which talked about how Leslie Charleson definitely wasn't leaving the show. But she must have already been gone by the time it was even in print.

The ratings are still good enough for another season or two, although Murphy clearly has no idea what to do. It sounds like he's going to hold students back.

I think the episodes of Isidingo, last time I checked the rerun cycle, stopped several months after Lee's death, with Rajesh still in prison for crimes Barker had set him up for. They were also getting close to Lettie's death.
