  1. Carl, you were a fan of Jess Harris weren't you? She was mentioned so much this week, along with photo indentification. Zoe and Lisa got a mention as well, but it seems odd they would have Darren mention her this much, even going as far as making plans to meet up with her, to see her at all. Odd and disappointing.
  2. I remember when you first suggested that with Robert on Emmerdale and I disagreed and thought of it as being absolutely out of the realm of possibility. I won't make the same mistake. However, has Corrie ever been known to take risks in story telling?
  3. Sophie believing Gail was secretly seeing another woman! Jack P. Shepherd is so good at reactions. He kills me everytime. It was a good thoroughline that they still kept in Gail's homophobia, too.
  4. Betty is my favourite character on the show. No matter how long her absences have been lately, whenever she turned up she owned the screen. I also don't see what killing her will serve. If they do kill her, I hope she urges Victoria to find Seth's body in the woods so they can be buried side by side. However, it is nice to see that Tilbrook is leaving on her own terms. Good for her.
  5. Jackie Peyton - a bigger c*nt than even Cersei Lannister. An underrated show, any road.
  6. I never minded the Evelyn story. Of course, I binge watched the series sometime in 08 and haven't seen it since. However, I won't even think of a rewatch until we get a confirmed return date.
  7. And Gina is apparently friends with her mother in real life, so they already know each other.
  8. I hope that doesn't include Kerry! Ali and Ruby are awful and the actress playing Ruby has no screen presence. Good riddance, if true. Dan would be sad to see go, but not an altogether huge loss. If Rachel is leaving, Sam should be going with her. Heaven forbid, we lose a Dingle.
  9. Clementine is awful, I agree. It's kind of weird that they introduced Pixie as Jack's sister, but they have yet to even be in a scene together.
  10. I loved Carly not being afraid to take on Debbie, throwing her against the wall like the little mouse she was in comparison. Plus, Debbie deserved that teenage mother remark for butting in. Gemma Atkinson is gorgeous, but at the same time looks like she could even beat up some of the guys on the show. Like you though, I think they've peppered in the bitchyness nicely so far, without making her too much of a hard faced cow. I wouldn't say she's a major favouite at present, but she has potential to be, especially when she

  20. Temptation is the devil's work. All of you will pay, while I remain strong.
  21. I can't help it. I am really enjoying bunny boiler Kim. I totally didn't see that twist coming and feared, when her secret was first hinted, that they were going to throw Joe under the bus. Very happy to say that isn't the case.
  22. sayno, it is so wonderful to see you posting almost regularly. I still remember how exciting it was to read your handful of descriptions of Linda Patterson (Margaret Mason) and her stories. Always a treat.
  23. Everyone knows David is my number one, (Darren Osborne of Hollyoaks being my number one of all time), so I guess I could be gracious to lend Ross to you on his days off. P.S. We are horrible.
