EastEnders: Discussion Thread
For those wondering where they might recognize the guy who Babe payed to throw a brick through the Blades window, he (Ojan Genc) also played Dr. Browning's son on Hollyoaks last year. If we have to deal with laborious Phil the hard-man stories, getting sexy men like Max half naked is certainly a step in the right direction.

Why? They've already announced plans to recast him and that upon his arrival, him and Tracy will sleep together.

I agree that she is no loss and should be taking Lloyd with her, but I loved that storyline with Neil. One of the standouts from last year and probably one of the very few times a story with Lloyd was at all watchable.

The Jenny story is the best on the show at the moment. It seems she's very oversensitive when it comes to Jack, so I think she was responsible, or at least blames herself heavily, for the death of her or someone else's child.

Emmerdale: Discussion Thread
I like how Vanessa's reaction to finding out she's pregnant was less shock and more despair. Michelle Hardwick was great in the scene with her three pregnancy tests, tears down her face. It was also nice to see Emma genuinely try to settle things with Debbie for Pete's sake. It's small instances like this that will make her downfall all the more destructive. TmWill, I know you mentioned before how Anna Passey would be great on Emmerdale and if the show ever brings on Chrissie's sister, Rebecca, Passey could potentially fit the role like a glove. BSA - I was more disappointed Kelvin Fletcher and Verity Rushworth weren't nominated, but at least their contributions were felt in the other categories. Since Ryan Hawley is nominated twice, I'll be crossing my fingers extra hard he'll win at least once.

The slap is on youtube already. Enjoy! If I haven't mentioned it before, the woman playing Jenny looks fantastic. I wish she was staying long-term.

Ha! That was a great slap that Jenny gave Maria.

Soap fans are just super sleuths. Thanks for posting that clip, Carl. Hawley was great in it. I've always loved Sean Faris, too.

A f*cking brilliant medley of musical songs. Check it.

Hollyoaks: Discussion Thread
For Lisa it was literally just a name drop as he went through some of the women he was previously with. With Zoe, in his lovable Darren way, he mocked how shocking it was that she turned out to be a lesbian after being with him.

That is offensive, Carl. Why would I ever have Antony Cotton as an avatar? You are cruel. I keep waiting for this to be Sean's exit story. Waiting and hoping.

Jess is now living in France. They mentioned her ripping Darren off a few times this week, but he didn't seem too bothered.

I hate that so much with Corrie. They started it with Tina's exit, I think, and it's just been annoying even more ever since. I don't know what they're thinking. My avatar is the incomparable Anne Dorval and fantastic Antoine-Olivier Pilon in a still from Xavier Dolan's mulitple award winning, MOMMY. I've praised Dolan numerous times. Suzanne Clement, who I once had as my avatar, is also in the film and gives a great performance. A-OP was also in my avatar, the black and white one with a guy on a cross, from a music video directed by Dolan, which I posted in the 'What are you listening to?" thread awhile back.

Coronation Street: Discussion Thread
With they way they've written Callum, at least, it definately could be a possibility. With Andy being a more concealed character, I can see it happening between them, moreso than David. I have no problem with both dying. I do think it's a shame that they friendship between Zeedan and Maddie had to come to a halt because of her leaving, but this will finally give him something to do. I also think Brooke Vincent is quite the underrated gem. She has been a fantastic supporting character lately, seemingly one of the pieces of glue holding this show together. On the other hand, I dread trying to care about Leanne losing Kal. That relathionship couldn't have been more boring. I wonder if the fire will be before or after They would be idiots to break up Tim and Sally. They are one of the best couples this has ever had. Plus, with Jenny only being back temporarily, I've been thinking for awhile that Kevin and Anna will eventually be a thing.

Hollyoaks: Discussion Thread
Carl, you were a fan of Jess Harris weren't you? She was mentioned so much this week, along with photo indentification. Zoe and Lisa got a mention as well, but it seems odd they would have Darren mention her this much, even going as far as making plans to meet up with her, to see her at all. Odd and disappointing.

I remember when you first suggested that with Robert on Emmerdale and I disagreed and thought of it as being absolutely out of the realm of possibility. I won't make the same mistake. However, has Corrie ever been known to take risks in story telling?

Sophie believing Gail was secretly seeing another woman! Jack P. Shepherd is so good at reactions. He kills me everytime. It was a good thoroughline that they still kept in Gail's homophobia, too.

Betty is my favourite character on the show. No matter how long her absences have been lately, whenever she turned up she owned the screen. I also don't see what killing her will serve. If they do kill her, I hope she urges Victoria to find Seth's body in the woods so they can be buried side by side. However, it is nice to see that Tilbrook is leaving on her own terms. Good for her.- ALL: Soap Stars - Where are they now?
Jackie Peyton - a bigger c*nt than even Cersei Lannister. An underrated show, any road.- Twin Peaks
- Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
And Gina is apparently friends with her mother in real life, so they already know each other.- Emmerdale: Discussion Thread
I hope that doesn't include Kerry! Ali and Ruby are awful and the actress playing Ruby has no screen presence. Good riddance, if true. Dan would be sad to see go, but not an altogether huge loss. If Rachel is leaving, Sam should be going with her. Heaven forbid, we lose a Dingle. - Emmerdale: Discussion Thread
