  1. Who was she connected to that her return would make sense?
  2. That link doesn't bring up any article for me.
  3. Her and David were such a great couple until Blyth started giving them the exact same storyline about 50 million times and then Alicia came in and all was shot to hell. Also, her relationship with Doug was my favourite part of her character. I just hope that 1) Her exit gives Matthew Wolfenden something to freaking do and 2) Alicia is axed. I have never seen one person actually admit they like this Chas rip off.
  4. I'll stick to my gino beats, thank you very much!
  5. What's the point of getting rid of Eve, only to bring on this useless character? Blackburn is DOA!
  6. Off-topic, but is that a good show?
  7. Time for a dance party!!! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A65Ok9WjOdE
  8. When Amy's adopted daughter came to live with Chris and Nancy in the 70's, roughly how old was she? IMDB also lists some actress named Claire Doyle as having played her in the late 70's/early 80's. I know the site's history with having incorrect information, but if Amy did indeed return after her initial stint, what, if anything, did she do?
  9. Me too! You guys are just terrible people. LoL
  10. I just hope when that does happen, they keep Stefan Booth. He's just so pretty. We can't lose that. It would be unethical.
  11. Her return would be magical if written correctly. Through her, and the children, we could get the returns of Scott Windsr and Kim Tate, we'd have a pseudo Sugden around and it would hopefully make Charity interesting again.
  12. Bright Eyes replied to YRBB's topic in Off Topic Lounge
So, who won that [!@#$%^&*] anyway?
  13. With Paddy feeling left out next week, can it be too hopeful of me that Blackburn will reunite Marlon and Rhona and have them leave the village forever? I will admit, I do like that Paddy will be going to Chas for advice, instead of the other way around. Their complex friendship is one of the best things about the show, and is needed more in soap, period.
  14. It seems the show is finally playing with the cast and mixing up the characters a bit next week. I won't be watching, since most of the week centers on Ruby, but it's good to see different people will be interacting. However, the show feels like a transition period and really needs a new solid story to make it watchable again.
  15. Haha, with all these great exits maybe by 2012 things will start looking up for Emmerdale. Plus, there are rumours on DS that
  16. No. Matthew Wolfenden. I'll fight you.
  17. The Noah and Liberty hatred on DS is the purest of joys to read.
  18. The only one I'll miss is Eve. She had so much potential, only to be used as a plot device again, again and again.
  19. I think Alex Carter did probably leave on his own as he was only originally going to be around for six months. He left Emmerdale because they didn't use him properly, so there's no reason why he would stay at Hollyoaks for the same reason. Unfortunately, I don't think it means anything hopeful. One word: Savages. The thing I fear most now though is the backburnering of Amy.
  20. http://www.digitalspy.ca/soaps/s13/hollyoaks/news/a320637/hollyoaks-confirms-three-cast-departures.html I'm know I'm probably the only one but I'm going to miss my Alex Carter terribly. Him and Ashley Slanina-Davies had great chemistry. I only wish the show hadn't kept going in circles with the Amy/Lee/Leanne story. The other two, especially Duncan, are just beautiful gifts of fate. Thank you world. Bronagh Waugh has recently expressed that she has been trying to urge the writers to give her a story. Let's hope Philips tells her to shove it!
  21. Ian Beale is trending on Twitter.
  22. Very exciting news! Emmerdale Volume 3 will be realesed on May 30th! On this we'll get to see the following storylines: "Henry Wilks plan to modernise and intensify farm operations, and the resulting conflict with Matt Skilbeck and Jack Sugden; Peggy Skilbeck's tragic death; the arrival of doctor Clare Scott; and the ongoing tribulations of the teenage Joe Sugden. At the Woolpack, meanwhile, Amos is desperately seeking staff, and the return of barmaid Alison causes more than a little friction." Oh, and Carl, one of your favourite Hollyaoks actors joins Emmerdale next Thursday. Matt Milburn, who played Joe Spencer (R.I.P) I can't wait to see how they underuse and waste him like they do with more than half the cast.
  23. I swear I remember warrior gay having blond hair. Odd.
  24. Bright Eyes commented on JAYJAY's blog entry in Melrose Place 2.0
This could be fun. However, I personally find the font unpleasant. Please change for furture postings.
  25. There have now been two Hollyoaks alumni on the show. And it looks like the second (the blond gay, sorry I'm not good with names) will be a more integral part of the show.
