Very exciting news! Emmerdale Volume 3 will be realesed on May 30th! On this we'll get to see the following storylines: "Henry Wilks plan to modernise and intensify farm operations, and the resulting conflict with Matt Skilbeck and Jack Sugden; Peggy Skilbeck's tragic death; the arrival of doctor Clare Scott; and the ongoing tribulations of the teenage Joe Sugden. At the Woolpack, meanwhile, Amos is desperately seeking staff, and the return of barmaid Alison causes more than a little friction." Oh, and Carl, one of your favourite Hollyaoks actors joins Emmerdale next Thursday. Matt Milburn, who played Joe Spencer (R.I.P) I can't wait to see how they underuse and waste him like they do with more than half the cast.

There have now been two Hollyoaks alumni on the show. And it looks like the second (the blond gay, sorry I'm not good with names) will be a more integral part of the show.

What a can of worms ... First, I'd want to keep Kelly and Eve. Exits (other than those already announced): Alex Moss (the new farmhand), Cameron, All the Maceys/Bartons, Hazel, Bob, Brenda, Jai, Alicia, Leyla, Lizzie, Amy, Sandy, the King's, Nicola and Rodney, Aaron, Pearl, Rhona/Marlon/Paddy & Katie. On the fence: Cain, Zak, Charity, Chastity ... Of course, this wouldn't all happen at once, but gradually as I brought in some past characters who would fit nicely back in the village. Like the remaining Windsors, Biff Fowler, Zoe and the children, Kathy and her family, Steph, Bernice, Robert, Paul, Tina, Daz, etc ... And yes, I'd recast if I must. I'm cutthroat, yo!

That's what I was thinking. They salivated at being able to ruin another legacy character. And what pisses me off the most is that my pipe dream for Scott to return (moreso to see the absolutely sexy Ben Freeman on a regular basis) is cut significantly. Maybe next they'll say Robert use to molest Victoria. WATCH!

What a great finale tonight. Anyone have any ideas and what the hell is wrong with Jeremy? I'm grateful he's alive though. Stephen McQueen is just too [!@#$%^&*] pretty to kill off. Of course, they all are, so that's probably going to be an issue for me eventually. We had some brief Diane Jenkins 2.0 action tonight. And it looks like in season three we'll be getting some Damon/Elena action. Did anyone else think Caroline's mom was going to kill her? Knowing this show I always try to expect the unexpected. And on a weird note, after Jeremy saying he felt weird and Alaric saying he'd be there for him, for a split second I thought they were seriously going there, if you know what I mean.

I've never cared for her, but then the newer characters got worse and worse and have literally made me wish for her indifference to me to get more airtime.

For those that have a The Box account, someone has started uploading the show from the DVD volumes, starting with episode 3, however, they are not (Free), so you have to make sure to seed. For those that didn't get to watch all 52 episodes that were uploaded to YouTube, the user is only at episode 8 so far.

Lifting my post from the BSA thread, since I'm a doofus! LoL I can't make sense of Ian and Jean in my head. Is she that dumb to actually believe he's actually a nice guy? I hope if they do get together eventually, she'll transform him into a human being again. However, I'm more than ready for Laurie Brett to go on her maternity leave so Ian and Jane can be over officially. And tonight was a huge reason why I despise Big Heather. What a twit. And I still haven't warmed up to the new Ben. I greatly disliked the previous actor as well, but whatever this current one is selling, I'm not buying. At least this Abi romance has saved Jay for me, for the most part.

Now, if he could just get a damn hair cut!
