Athletic Club. Ronan arrives as Malcolm is towering over Neil choking him. Neil is gasping for air as he tries to free his brother’s death grip. Devon, Ronan and other patrons rush over and pull Malcolm off Neil.

Malcolm is still hollering at Neil

“ I HATE YOU NEIL! I’m going to kill you!”

Ronan tells Malcolm he is under arrest. He slaps some cuffs on him. Malcolm is kind of of resistant. Ronan escorts Malcolm to his squad car. Neil regains his composure as Devon asks him if he is ok.

Leslie just looks at Neil then at Malcolm being escorted out in shock. She leaves.

Chancellor Estate. Kay and Esther look at Billy standing in the foyer.

Billy: I have an idea that might make all this go away.

Kay: The last idea you had didn’t work out so well did it? Cheating on your wife Billy? What in the hell is the matter with you? Do you now how this affair revertbraes through your family? Jabot is having a crisis right now thanks to this scandalous behavior. What would your dad think of this? John Abbott was one of the best gentlemen I knew and you know damn well he is probably rolling around in his grave. Shame on you Billy Abbott. Shame on you.

Billy: Thanks for letting me know how you feel Mrs. C.

Kay: Don’t be coy with me young man.” Kay feels weak and sits down.

Billy: Are you ok?

Kay: No I’m not! You see what your actions have done to me? I got good friends going at it because you couldn’t keep it zipped up while your wife was out of town getting surgery on her face.

Esther than brings her the phone.

“Sorry Mrs. C. I wasn’t going to bother you but it’s Harmony and she says there is trouble at Chancellor.

Kay: Alright then Esther hand me the phone.”

“Ok hold everything. I’ll be right over.” Kay hands the phone back to Esther as Kay fetches her coat and handbag and tells Esther to have the driver pull around. She gives one final look to Billy and shakes her head.

Billy: Sorry Mrs. C

Kay: You sure as hell better be young man!” She says before leaving.

Chloe walks down the stairs. Billy and Chloe look at each other in silence. This is the first time they’ve seen each other since she left the hospital.

Billy: How are you?

Chloe: Trying to keep it together, especially for Delia. I heard Katherine giving you the riot act.

Billy: Yes she laid it on thick.” He walks over and pulls her into a hug as she just releases built up tension and sorrow of the last few days in his arms.

Billy: It’s going to be ok. I promise you.

Then Delia come running downstairs and shouts “Mommy, Daddy” as she is excited to see her mother and father looking like they are together once again. She runs down the rest of the steps and joins in on the family hug.

The Jail. Victor is escorted to a visiting room wondering who wants to see him. He is surprised to see Murphy waiting for him.

Victor: Murphy my boy. Surprised to see you here considering the disdain you expressed towards me the last time we saw one another.

Murphy: Mr. Newman when it comes to the people I love I will move heaven and earth.

Victor: I don’t understand is something wrong?

Murphy: I’m afraid it is. Tucker is up to something heinous and it involves Katherine. I keep telling Katherine to watch out for Tucker but she insists Tucker is a changed man.

Victor: What makes you think Tucker is going to do something to Katherine?

Murphy: I been watching him. I’m a good judge of character. I served in the Vietnam War. He’s been very evasive and elusive when it comes to Katherine the last few months. I overheard him talk about he had some sort of plan to take over Chancellor Industries and it involves getting rid of Katherine. I also followed him over to your old office.

Victor ( wrinkles grow in his face as he frowns up) My office?

Murphy: Yes. He went inside and nearly didn’t come back out.

Victor: What the hell does that mean?

Murphy: He looked like he was having convulsions. He was coughing and couldn’t catch his breath.

Victor: Humph,.. You don’t say?

Murphy: I’m coming to you Mr. Newman because we both care about Katherine. And we both want to protect her. She’s not making wise decisions with so much on her plate with Newman and Chancellor and now this affair with your family and the Abbott’s is really taking a toll on her.

Victor leans forward and looks directly into Murphy’s eyes

Back at the Chancellor Estate.

Billy, Chloe and Delia are sitting in the living room

Delia: Everyone seems so sad. Mommy what’s wrong?

Chloe looks at her daughter trying to conceal tears as she thinks of her dead child and the affair with Billy.

Billy: Nothing little princes. Just a little thing we as adults are trying to handle. But I tell you what, soon we all will be together all the time.

Delia: YEA!?

Chloe looks at Billy in bewilderment.

Billy: How would you like it if me, you and your mom move away to live together as a family?

Delia: I love it daddy!” She jumps up and hugs Billy.

Chloe: Mind telling me what you are talking about?

Tucker barges into Jack’s office. Jack slams down his phone and stands up from his desk, face turning red with protest and anger.

Jack: Who the hell do you think you are barging in my office like this?

Tucker: I know who I am Jackie. The real question should be who are you? Do you even know?

Jack: Get out TAKER! I got a company to run.

Tucker: Not you too Jackie? Leave the petty name calling to Abby, a woman Jack. Come be a man for once.

Jack is extremely offended and gets in Tuckers face to let him know he’s a man not afraid of him

Tucker: That’s more like Jackie.” Tucker fixes Jack’s tie. Jack pushes his hands off of him

Jack: What the hell do you want?

Tucker: I thought I’d give you a scoop before you read it in the business journal in the morn.

Jack: Anything you tell me I could careless. You’re a non factor Taker McCall.

Tucker: Jack how is Jabot doing with this recent scandal involving your brother and the Newman’s? I’m hearing rumors that its hitting your bottom line pretty hard. The Board isn’t happy. Sounds ripe for a take over of Jabot if you ask me.

Jack: I’m not asking you and you will never get your dirty hands on my father’s company. Never!

Tucker: Never say never Jackie. I’m about to get everything I wanted and soon their won’t be any competition here in Genoa City because McCall Unlimited is going to swallow everything up including Jabot.

Jack picks up the phone to call security.

Tucker: No need to. A man takes care of his own battles, not call security. No need to call them though. I’ll be going. I got to get an early start tomorrow being that I just hired your son Keemo.” He touts to him with a devilish grin. Jack is extremely angry and blindsided.

Jack: GET THE HELL OUT TUCKER!” Tucker leaves. Jack sits in his office chair confused and hurt that his son has betrayed him with the enemy.

　

Roxanne’s Apt.

Roxanne is watching a local news report on Genoa City’s District Attorney resignation yesterday. Clips from the party are played as the camera zooms in on Roxanne. She turns the TV off in disgust. She picks up the phone.

“Hey you…..I’m hanging in there, just sick of the news coverage about my life…..I miss you know that?… No I really do…..I really want to see you…..It feels like I haven’t seen you in awhile and I know only you can take my mind off things….. I need you Nate…Tonight…………
