SM is one example of an actor who could make it work with any woman. His character's relationship with that computer nerd on criminal minds comes to mind. I actually think something similar is what they are going for with Devon and Mariah.

C'mon y'all, I liked Shemar too but it's not like he was Denzel Washington or anything. He definitely had sex appeal but in terms of acting ability, he wasn't even in line with the likes of Nathan Purdee, Phillip Morris or KSJ.

If Y&R is trying to use SM as the model for every new Black male character that comes on this show, then they are setting themselves up for definite failure, oh wait...

Chloe & Devon would've worked years ago but once Y&R unnecessarily made her Katie that ship sailed.

Hevon will probably be reunited by Christmas but Y&R will stick with the D/H/M "love triangle" through at least until the summer.

Because Winters Wednesdays are Winters Wednesdays for a reason.

Nick is useless and doesn't have a job or a life.

Nikki is now inviting homeless people to live in her house.

Scott vs Abby is so forced

So now Scott has another job?

It's Y&R's own fault for throwing every female character with potential under the bus for useless vixens.

If Hevon needed an obstacle Y&R should've had Hilary dealing with Devon's non-Neil & Lily relatives (there are a TON).
