i like you're Avatar. Sons of Anarchy is my favorite show. Besides Dexter.

Btw. i hope GH goes up. the dialogue was kickass this week. Lots of swearing and great scene confrontations.

when it's used in intense situations. like the intensity this week on GH was off the charts. especially because on soaps i hate when writers are forced to tone it down on the casual swear words when they really shouldn't. GH isn't like that though. to keep things realistic that's always good. And the scene interaction was awesome to.

One good thing about Days ratings are that they did very well for the Friday reveal episode and Carly's first episode back..Usually there is a big drop off for Friday's episodes, but they got a 2.1. Hopefully we see a big rise for this week, which has been excellent.

They had an excellent cliffhanger on that Friday episode too! Hopefully they got people to tune in this week.

I had a feeling CBS soaps would drop this week. They had been up two weeks in a row. ATWTs numbers didnt go that much lower. It's still close to the other soaps. Y&R was the big loser of the week.

I hope DAYS hits 3 million next week, and then eventually knock B&B out of 2nd. DAYS has the storylines to do it.

Glad Y&R fell and had the biggest loss of the week. :)

Proves that shock and awe and stunt type storytelling doesn't work in the long-term. That show is such dreck, it deserves nothing but sagging ratings.

Pretty crappy ratings overall though...

Down Y&R goes after the stunt week. People didn't even care enough to see it play out. That's the danger of obvious stunts.

Not a good week for soaps at all.

I think if there was anytime for DOOL to hit the 3 million mark, its right now.

DAYS can beat B&B.

If they get rid of Dena Higley.

CBS plummeting = deserved (although very unfortunate and not something I desire for ATWT).

CBS did it to themselves by canceling Guiding Light and losing those viewers who might also have the channel on during other soaps. Can't wait for Let's Make a Deal's 0. something ratings next week!

Dena Higley is a non factor. It's obvious she's not influencing anything on the show right now and that has been the case since early this year. I think she is only there because Tomlin and Whitesell want to make sure Corday stays away from interfering with their plan and she agrees to stay on because she knows damn well no one else will hire her after everything that has happened. I think she is basically what she used to be...an associate head writer who they appease once in awhile by letting one of her ideas get on air.

Besides, even if she was influencing things, Days has done well enough this year and with the way the numbers are going they do stand a chance at beating B&B providing they continue to do what they are doing.
