I don't know what stories she wrote in 1992, but I do know that 1991-1992 was horrible (from what I've read). Maybe it was Gene Pulumbo's influence. lol It got better when Reilly came in as co-HW. LOL ;) I don't really know what happened backstage, I can only speculate that Tom Langan got rid of Sheri because either JER wanted her gone or they disagreed on a lot of stuff which would be weird because a lot of people thought Jim and Sheri's reign together was pretty damn good. Their different styles meshed very well.

1991-1992

Gene Palumbo

1992

Richard J. Allen & Beth Milstein

1992

Sheri Anderson

1992

Sheri Anderson & Gene Palumbo

1992

Sheri Anderson

1992-1993

Sheri Anderson & James E. Reilly (reunited again in 2006???)

Now, only time will tell. It seems we now have about two and a half weeks before we know something. If it is JER getting the ax, everyone, regardless of who you want as HW, better cross your fingers, becuase that will be the decision that will either keep Days on NBC, or see it get cancelled.

I would prefer if JER got a co-HW and a new writing staff. I would love it if Maura Penders, Richard J. Allen, Richard Culliton came back to the staff.

I don´t believe for a moment someone from these talented people would be willing to work with Reilly in any capacity. He literally ousted every writers who had any talent from his writing team, because he is just too controlling and ego driven. All we have now is a buch of yes sayers, willing to do anything he wants without a question. Beside, it would be still Reilly´s stories, or lack off, and his stories are what is tanking the show right now.

But I do would love if Stephen Wyman was given walking papers too.

Gillian Spencer, John S. Newman, Mark Christopher, Jane Atkins, Cydney Kelley, Fran Myers, Dena Higley & Mark Higley all left after Reilly came.

The only writer I wouldn't mind having back is Fran Myers just because she was with Reilly in the 90's.

I would also like to see Sheri Anderson return, but I don't think she would work well with Corday.

The thing about Sheri is she does have her favorite couples, which is fine, but I have gotten used to seeing the mixing up of characters. You never know when you will find two actors who really work well together and create something new.

Corday has tried very hard to get rid of the "supercouple era" therefore, I don't think he would ask Sheri to come back. He has said previously that he doesn't want one actor favored over another.

LMAO, oh that is HILARIOUS coming from him considering J&M and J&J always get the shaft by the PTB over couples that that aren't even supercouples.
