B&B: December 2025 Discussion Thread

today wasn't bad, I am shooketh that Katie actually dragged her sister lmao. She's right though, Brooke isn't CEO or anything, she shouldn't be making decisions, that's Ridge and Steffy's job

I was hoping they'd clarify what Brooke's title is. Does she just run the Brooke's Bedroom line? Is she President again? If the latter, PR would be in her purview. Katie annoyed that Brooke goes back to siding with Ridge over her family is - dare I say - natural conflict.

The new sets are great & all, but they really need another office set at Forrester. Why would the head of PR be working in the design office? There should be a smaller third office that they can redress for Katie, Carter, Daphne & Ivy/Electra would logically have their own spaces. They don't need an elaborate shipping set like back in the day, but having only 3 spaces at FC makes the company seem tiny.

I agree: during those first years of the show, we had four office spaces (plus the basement). You had Eric's office, the design office (a.k.a. Ridge's office), Kristen's office, and Margo's office. Hell, even by the 1990s, you had the office Brooke frequented and then went to Steffy by the early 2010s. Shame one of those spaces could not have come back.

A bigger problem than the Forrester offices is all this time spent on boring, vanilla Dylan and her "Oh, I'm so sorry I killed your daughter Luna."

Coming into December and....

@Taoboi you need to watch yesterday's episode, the Sinn and Taylor scenes were good, it was a good episode, and the kids are so cute!

And replying to @dragonflies 's post. hehe. It's that time of the year for me and I'm also going through a business transition at the same time so I'm really not at home with a lot of time to watch stuff outside of Sunday (for now) so you know I had to watch it before it deleted off my system early this morning.

You were so right. That was a cute Thanksgiving episode and something different for B&B outside of the roundtable of 'What are You Thankful For?' I didn't mind it at all. And Sinn's kids were so cute. I liked the apron joke. And I even giggled at the soapiness of getting Finn shirtless even on a holiday.

I was surprised to see Daphne, but we know I like her so I didn't mind. I WAS shocked that Carter and Deacon actually get along now. Were they not just fist-fighting a few months back? Just...woooow. And I liked that there was a silver of Taylor/Deacon/Sheila throughout the episode. For once, I might actually care what Ridge thinks when he finds out.

Yeah, I saw that preview of this week and having us go through Eric vs Ridge AGAIN???

REALLY? UGH.

We are really about to get Eric vs. Ridge, aren't we? 🤣

As bad as the business stuff is on Y&R, it's just as bad on BOLD.

Eric has to ask to be on the design team? Brooke is worried about the deadlines and pressure while Ridge runs around acting busy because the phone rings?

Only recently we had a Ridge vs Eric battle at Forrester. We watched Eric designing (really lame) gowns in his living room, preparing for battle against Ridge. Why are we getting this nonsense again?

You know, I hope this actually ends up being a legit story. B&B has been such a mess since Brad decided to have Sheila shoot Finn/Steffy - almost every S/L has been a complete thud. Soaps have slumps, but B&B being this off for this long is frankly shocking. I'm still following - not watching - the show in the hopes that it gets it right again.

This. They haven't had a decent storyline since that moment.

I've never liked TK as Ridge and the last couple episode cements why. Ridge is written as such a smug ass and it does him no favors. The way he reacted to Bill being at Forrester and then to push aside Eric is sad. Ridge acts like he's the king of everything and he really isn't. Never understood the appeal of TK in general.

I like Deacon/Taylor. They seem to work and the ramifications with Sheila and Ridge's jealousy would be worth it.

What happened to Hope and Liam's wedding? Did they forget? lol Not that I want to watch them get married for the hundredth time, but I'd rather watch that than Will and Electra or Ridge walking around stomping his feet like a 5 year old.
