Well I have to laugh with the nominations this week.

Before the 3 point twist.

Jamie - 8 points

Rob - 8 points

Camilla - 5 points

After the 3 point twist

Rob - 8 points

Jamie - 5 points

Camilla - 5 points

Only John knows that there was enough votes against Jamie that it didn't make a differnce.

I think that it may be Rob that goes this week.

He is so controlling and I the thing I dislike most about him is that he is a stickler for the rules. He goes on about how he hasn't had a fine yet.

But as they say rules are meant to be broken.

If they have no money left as prize money then they have no one to blame but themselves.

LMAO. John tried to save Jamie but it didn't matter... heh.

Jamie's alright. And I love Camilla. I don't think she'll go. Rob seems like he's toast this week. It could be somewhat close between Jamie and Rob, but IMO, Rob's out.

I like the intruders. Not sure about Darren. Seems like another token boring guy. Sigh. The two ladies look far more interesting. Hopefully they can stick around a while like Mel and Vesna did last year.

Well the three new intruders are in.

I don't think that Lauren will last to long in the house. First impressions of her were like HO HUM.

Perry seems to be ok. I was loling when Krystal told her that she knew her, cuz she was in the same audition group as she was.

Darren blah, but at least he has some more brain cells than his mate does.

Im starting to get bored with the season. Im not as interested as I was in the beginning. With the US version debuting soon, I will be spending alot of time on the live feeds and still loving the UK edition. I might just have to only download the eviction and nomination shows of this show.

As far as the intruders go, I love Perry. I didnt when I first saw her but I loved her personality. I was shocked when I heard that she is the oldest housemate at 39. That seems rather young compared to housemates her in the US who are over 50.

Well she finally did it.

Claire finally win the FNL and she took Rob with her, which is good as I think that he will be out on Sunday night, or will the voting public reunite the two love birds in Katie and Jamie?

Sunday night will be a double eviction, one of the intruders will go as well but not sure how that is going to happen just yet

Although these polls are "unofficial" and things change, they've mostly been right each and every week - Gaelen - thank god - is the favorite to go this week! YES! Can it really be true ...

Yay for Claire winning FNL! She's one of my favorites. And I'm not surprised Lauren was the intruder evicted. Rob going wasn't much of a surprise, either. Had he been a houseguest from the start, I think Jamie might of gone over him. Next time Jamie's up, I think he's toast.

David or John will probably win this thing, IMO. I'd rather Camilla, Krystal or Claire, though. I think Claire is probably the dark-horse, IMO.

Hmm ... so David won FNL ... No way he's evicted. It's probably going to be Gaelen (thank god).

David, Ash or John will probably win the entire thing, IMO. John's almost never nominated. If Ash gets nominated against some favorites, he'll definitely go, but if not ...

Should be interesting. Barring any freak evictions or nominations, I see Camilla or Krystal, Claire, David and John in the final four.

Its shocking bc Ash and John seemed like 2 really good guys. Apparently John pinned Camilla down as Ash pulled out his penis and whacked her in the face. I hear there's talks of sexual assault and harassment

Trouble in the house? A picture taken inside the Big Brother house early yesterday morning.

Sex claim rocks BB

By SUELLEN HINDE, IAN HABERFIELD and PAUL WESTON

02jul06

TWO Big Brother housemates, Ashley (far left) and John, have been thrown out of the reality TV program amid allegations of sexual misconduct.

The show's producers, Endomol Southern Star and Channel 10, said the pair were removed from the house over a "serious matter" that occurred at 4am yesterday.

And Channel 10 confirmed last night John and Ashley were escorted by security guards from the Gold Coast compound yesterday afternoon.

The incident has put the future of the controversial show in jeopardy.

In a joint statement soon after they left the house, Ashley, a WA bricklayer, and John, a Victorian student, admitted they broke the show's rules.

"We had a great time in the house and it is unfortunate it had to end this way, but BB has rules and regulations and we broke them," they said in a statement.

"We are all very close in the house and we would never do anything to offend our fellow housemates."

The show's producers refused to comment on the incident that is believed to have happened in a bedroom and involved housemate Camilla.

Police on the Gold Coast said last night they had not received a complaint or been notified of an incident in the house.

A spokeswoman said it was likely the victim of any alleged incident would have to leave the compound to make an official complaint.

Internet chat sites were last night awash with rumours about the pair's sudden exit.

Ashley, 20, whose real name is Michael Cox, and John, 21 – real name Michael Bric – are believed to be still on the Coast.

The housemates had been in the compound for 70 days.

John's father, Hermann Bric, of The Basin, said his son would not be involved in sexual misconduct.

Mr Bric said last night he had not been able to reach his son.

"I cannot believe my son would be involved in anything like that," Mr Bric said. "He is not an aggressive person. He is very controlled.

"If he has been taken out of the house, they will be debriefing him and I don't expect to hear from him until tomorrow."

Federal Liberal MP Trish Draper called for the program to be immediately taken off air.

"You've got to be joking," she said. "This incident should be placed in the hands of police."

Ms Draper is chairwoman of a Classification Issues Group in the Coalition – about 40 MPs.

National Party Senator Barnaby Joyce, a vocal critic of the show, last night demanded Big Brother be axed.

"I don't think the Australian people would lose much if Big Brother was evicted from our TV screens," Senator Joyce said.

Eight contestants remain in the show, vying for the $275,000 prize money.

The initial $1 million on offer has been eroded by fines for breaches – not wearing microphones, discussing nominations and singing commercial music.

Tonight, David, Camilla, Gaelan and Krystal are up for elimination.

Last night, a concert by rock outfit Rogue Traders for the housemates in the compound, went ahead as scheduled.

Security guards at the gates to the house said the concert finished at 7pm.

thanks for the articles. I read rumors that the show might be canceled bbc it was already recieving enough heat from Adults Only which they recently ended. Early any threads on the official board about the incident were immediately deleted. It got so bad that they shut the forums down for at least 24 hours. I cant beleive a scandal this big happened live on the internet with tons of witnesses. I wonder what the ramifications will be

    • I definitely think it's time to write off Nina for good. I think her killing Drew might actually be a good idea. She could completely lose it after losing both Sasha and Willow and she ends up murdering Drew and eventually she gets caught and sent away to prison for a long time.
    • I hope it's okay to post this here(as in from DC)
    • Quick question - did Christie and Leann share any scenes together in the '80s before Leann left the show?
    • This is the perfect way to encapsulate the situation. So many morally-reprehensible stories were foisted on the show and its characters in ATWT's dwindling years. Rape should never be used as a cheap plot device or in a way that degrades the victim. Jack's sexual assault was another heinous example of how nasty the the show's tone had become. The fact that people like Hogan Sheffer, Ron Carlivati, Jean Passanante, Charles Pratt, Dena Higley, etc., somehow end up winning awards for their material, decimates the credibility and integrity of the awards, IMHO. Soaps used to have a solid moral core and did not originally wallow in the gutter, rolling around in filth and depravity just to be cool, hip, campy, or whatever else modern-day PTB aim for. Thank you. Cruelty, degradation and misogyny are not components which lend themselves to successful soaps, which have always been predicated on warmth, family bonds, and providing a comforting haven for their audience. The genre has been crippled because the cynical and ignorant executives in charge understand neither the shows nor what the audience wants to see.
    • Beverlee was on a whole other level from Kim. It's not like they were in competition with each other. I get the feeling that Kim had a slight problem with the super-professional, serious cast members who just wanted everyone to be prepared and do the work, as she seems to like having fun on set. (She's made a few cracks about Chris Bernau being like that). Bev was definitely one of those. But they didn't work together that much. Yeah, they made her manic and also much weaker. She always had a vulnerability, but wanting to kill herself over that guy? No way. Not only that, he didn't leave her! She insisted he marry Maeve. When they did the tribute to Bert/Charita, the compilation of scenes with her showed how much the cast had been almost totally turned over in a relatively short period of time. Nearly every shot was of her by herself because most people she had worked with had been fired, left or been replaced. I assume they couldn't show her with people who hadn't been replaced, like Don Stewart, Elvera Roussel, or Robert Newman because they would have had to pay them for using their clips. It's dreadful to watch. Like she had no connection to the current show.

    • A little too much focus on Chad and Cat today but I enjoyed the episode. I have a feeling that Jennifer’s gonna get dumped on though, even though I think that her anger is completely understandable and justified. And honestly, Ron is finally gone; Abigail can come back now.  But, welcome back, Anna! It was nice seeing Carrie have scenes with her mother. Christie Clark and Leann Hunley have never really had that many scenes together and to see them have them now is really nice. I’m glad that both of them were there to comfort Marlena too. Their words were definitely the thing that Marlena needed to hear. Btw, with all this talk of Noah, does it mean that he’s gonna be introduced soon? Amy, revealing that John changed her flat tire many years ago seemed a little random though. I would rather she have said something about how everybody in Salem knows of John Black because of how he was always such a hero. But at the same time, her story also showed what a great guy John was.  I liked Kate’s scenes with Philip too, and her promise to get back at Xander for what he did. And since we didn’t see JPL in the bed, did he need some time off or something? And yeah, everything involving ‘One Stormy Night’ still seems very Ron-like to me.
    • The second photo featuring the late John Spencer is from the Law & Order episode, "Prescription For Death", which was the (second) pilot/first episode all the way back in 1990! He played the father of a daughter that had gone to the ER for a mere sore throat but ended up dead because the doctor on call was drunk and had given her medication that she had an adverse reaction to, after receiving some other medication. So, he will always have that great distinction in addition to The West Wing. (The first pilot, "Everybody's Favorite Bagman", was filmed in 1988! The show was offered to CBS, but they passed. In syndication, it is oddly placed as the sixth episode of Season 1. And Roy Thinnes played DA Alfred Wentworth there. When NBC picked up the show two years later, Thinnes declined to return, and that's how we got Steven Hill's DA Adam Schiff.)
