Makes sense to post that information here on the August thread, that EH is directing that August 5 U.S. episode.
However I think most of the photos in her IG post are old.

Per wardrobe comparisons, that Mariah/Sharon scene is from 
episode of May 2nd USA / May 1st Canada.

Now we have confirmation that the first episode that Elizabeth Hendrickson directs airs Tuesday August 5th U.S. and includes at least these characters: Victor, Nikki, Sally, Chelsea, Billy, Phyllis, and Cane.
