To flesh out my proposal: they should edit the 5 weekly episodes into a 1 hour episode (60 minutes) per week. The amount of episodes that soaps deliver is staggering - if you package those more efficiently it’s much easier for new fans to binge the episodes and dive into the story.

Cady was a great get for BTG. She's a real pro who always delivers. With all the newbies on BTG, adding seasoned soap actors will definitely help.

Definitely & she may be the first runner-up or Miss Congeniality. Also she may be a truth teller & she seems formidable.

Pamela & Vanessa & the woman with the blonde curls at the diner who I believe cleans  houses, are praise soap buddha all 3 white folks  non-blacks that are blessedly interesting.

So far in terms of location shooting we have seen

The opening sequence when Nicole drove up to the Country Club

The car crash sequence

Naomi and Chelsea in the park

Bill and Naomi in the park

Is 'the park' part of the studio lot?

Hopefully they will keep up with location shoots sprinkled through each week. Adds some variety and realism.

Have my DVR set to record today's episode, since I am working and cannot post live.  I do wonder who Dani shot or if it is blanks.  Her shooting and wounding Hayley would add another layer to this storyline.  I am so excited to be vested back in a daytime show again like I was All My Children. 

It's Monday, ladies and gentlemen... 6 hours to go.

Now my mind goes to Fairmont Crest because I am wondering if it will be a fake-out where Dani wakes from a dream OR did the gun have blanks OR did she intentionally fire high into the air to scare but not harm? I so hope it was not a fake-out.

I hope not too. Bill Bell did a lot of these in the classic years... One that comes to mind is Sheila's runway show where Lauren recognizes her from the audience. I was sooo let down when it was revealed to not be real. 

The storyline of it being real is far more juicier lol. That little wrinkle will be forever tied to Bill & Hayley's marriage ( however long it lasts) and Bill seems like the type that does not like to be embarrassed.

 

Cannot wait for today's episode!!!!!!

Oh, no! I just realized i have a doc appt this afternoon, hmm, just routine, what if I called in sick to my doc so I could see my soaps instead. No, I can think about it but I cannot pull that trigger. I will just, sadly, have to wait a few hours to see my soaps. Gosh darn.
