Did Barash ever work with Mansi on Days?  I can't recall, but I want to say they did interact.

I am pretty sure [most, if not all] of Mansi's work as Abigail was opposite Tyler Christopher's Stefan. I don't believe she and Barash ever crossed paths; it was mostly Marci Miller's Abigail who worked with Barash... which, again, had Mansi been chosen as Lulu, that would've been SOLID re-pairing! I'm pretty sure Mansi's return in the fall of 2019 had to do with the "groundbreaking" time jump, and spending time opposite Matthew Ashford & Melissa Reeves.

The internet is telling me Barash/Mansi should have overlapped, but for the life of me I can't be sure.   I do think most of her work was with TC's Stefan too.  That story was mostly over by then though.  I just remember Abby's reveal in the sanitarium and she was suddenly Kate Mansi again.

Mhmm and IIRC, Kate's Abigail duped Christopher's Stefan, re-married Chad and they left Salem. And then Mansi returned when the time jump happened, and then Billy Flynn followed as Chad.

What's the deal with Sasha&Holly?

I loved Kate Mansi on DAYS, and I liked the fact that I heard her character was bi. But, now it looks like they may be dropping that part??? At least the show has some LGBT presence unlike B&B which is set in the fashion world and in LOS ANGELES but not one LGBT character.

On the downside, I just don't get the appeal of the Sonny character. How did he grow into such a huge part of the show?

Nice hot take. And love you like Liz from 'GO.' One of soap's last classic good girl heroines.

 

Also love that even as a new viewer you have no need for Sonny. lol. 

I would've bought that twist more had they not just revealed it via the writing throughout the episode. Do better editing and with your written subtext, folks.

If Sasha and Cody end up cousins (which sounds like they will given how nervous Holly acted today after hearing about them dating), at least that'll put an end to one boring couple on this show.
