Lunacy has been a real pleasure + as I predicted when Zende returned to do Brooke Bedroom, Brad already had a rewrite to undo that awful choice and undeserved injustice to Zende's character. Thank goodness.

Finn turns down Bill's offer to get his people to find Steffy ... so he can go back to the office to have his mother drop by? They're really stretching it so that strong, independent woman Steffy can be rescued by a man. Yuk. Steffy tricks Luna into opening the cage and clocks her. Finn can then rush in. Same SINN reunion, just a better way of reaching it, unless you're stuck in the 1950s.

From the mouths of Babes: Finn putting all the pieces together reminded me of how Charlie announced that Maya was transgendered after some pills fell out of her purse.

I'm not buying the rewrites at all.

They might as well have made all the murders a dream of Poppy. A la Dallas dream season. That way the real story intended was still on the table. 

Again Li hates Poppy so much because she's a whore? I guess she hates Brooke too with a passion. Poppy doesn't even come off as some pill popping whore.

Bradley's writing is just awful. 

RJ, Poppy and Luna have all been a bust.

Haha, It's days like these in soap world, that I do miss a JER style writer...minus the mess that was the last 4 years of Passions. He would definitely make good use of of B&B's campiness if he were still alive, and somehow got to become HW within the last 15 years or so....

Steffy and Hope at this point for me, are kind of in Gwen/Theresa territory....Steffy being Gwen of course and Hope Theresa,especially if Thudley wants to keep making her a colossal screw up.....Maybe Hope will accidentally poison Finn with Guacamole for November sweeps!

Once again Bradley Bell unintentionally (I don't think he's even capable of being intentional) has send a horrific message to all the viewers, especially the girls. A message that says - a woman can be raped... we can see her being tormented about having sex with a man for months, cry and be in panic mode of the idea that she may be pregnant, to then all of a sudden, rewrite everything and call her a psychotic b-tch that had the best sex of her life. I don't think Bradley knows or understands that A LOT of abusers have this exact defense - that she was crazy, wanting it, enjoyed it. Men use this all the time - calling women borderline or psychotic or manic. 

And all of this is done, because his initial plan was not working and the public was not buying it. He forgot about all the scenes where Luna had flashbacks and was crying. Or are we supposed to be idiots? 

 P.S One thing I should say - I am not saying that a woman can't fake a rape. It does happen. But it didn't happen like that in this case. We saw Luna distressed in her room, ALONE. It's ludicrous to believe what we are being sold right now. It's crazy... It's LUNACY.

The whole show should be called The crazy and the delusional.

All of this reminds me of the stupid - Bill is working with Ridge to take Sheila down  rewrite (while f-cking Sheila multiple times a day, Ooops). And earlier this year...the bizarre Sheila murder-resurrection-Sugar-toe fiasco.

I don't know what is going on, but this show has never been THIS BAD. It used to be a soap about forbidden sex and triangles and repeated boring dialogue (it still has that)... but at least it was similar to what the original Bold was in terms of themes and vibe. 

2024 has been a low budget version of a low budget Lifetime thriller-horror movie.

We had so many cringe moments, from Sheila being stabbed to death in I know what you did last summer montage, to Deacon googling what is Sugar... to the disgusting MINTS storyline... to the TOE reveal in the morgue... to the bizarre serial killer out of nowhere storyline, that was written like a rom-com in parts. And now we have an Orphan sequel...

      Under all of Madonna's social media today there is this wave of negative, toxic, absurd comments by Lady Gaga fans telling her how Gaga surpassed her in concert in Copacabana. I mean... Who the hell cares? Why are these fan communities so freaking toxic??? I'm sure Madonna doesn't care... But still. Have some respect for M. Leave her social media alone. Go cheer Gaga and be happy. Why come and spew hate on M??? Crazy world.

      FYI, again, Ruth/Letitia is not in either of these 2 episodes. So that concludes the 4 episodes I had from Nov. 1983. I don't have the October episodes.

      Eddie has begun uploading the 1990 episodes. I'm so happy about that. I was mindfully taking a break till there's plenty of episodes I can binge watch when I feel like it. Now that 1989 is complete... I can't wait to press play on February 1989 and resume where I left off.

      This is just a guess but I feel like the fact that they keep mentioning her dead husband is for a reason. We know Martin has a secret that likely involved someone dying. Martin's victim could be Alan which Leslie/Dana either knows about or finds out and she uses that to blackmail the family into letting her crimes slide.

      Just thinking how the Ruth/Leticia guest spot really cemented how Days had changed. Stunt casting with a campy/comedy character in a 'wacky' storyline was something that a few years previously would have been completely out of place on Days (and most other soaps for that matter).

      I am interested to see how they handle Leslie/Dana down the road. If she continues in this path, it would be unrealistic to have her around. Like other shows have done this with a 'villian' character and ended up with people looking stupid putting up with someone they detest. Another thought-could they be building up to a murder story? Maybe Les/Dan will be left in a coma and we will have a whodunit with several characters as suspect. It would also be a chance to redeem her I wonder how long the show will go w/o resorting to soap cliche stories-twins,switched at birth, murder mystery, long lost child etc

      Yeah, Martin really did make me laugh when him and Smitty jumped up to drag Leslie out. I am interested in seeing how this fallout will impact his storyline as well. Especially since he is so protective regarding his family/family's image. I am interested in seeing how he will interact with Eva for the time being, they did have a warmer interaction earlier on once they met. But he seems to have doubts about her possibly being Ted's right now. I wonder how long it might take for him to come around with her. I could see the younger generation warming up to her quicker than the older ones. Though of course I think there will be anger/tension for a while regarding the reveal and her role in it. Perhaps Naomi/Chelsea will ease up on Eva first then eventually Martin/Kat might down the line. I really do love Nicole. I'm glad that DD is playing her. She really is the heart of the family and also agree the show. She is so easy to root for and I'm looking forward to seeing how things work out for her. I am enjoying the development of most of the characters on this show. I enjoy most of them including Bill with his trifling self lol. I do feel that Bill's love for his daughters is genuine and that gives him some depth. A few of the characters I don't care for that much (like Bill, Ashley, Vanessa). I wasn't too big on Andre at first, but I am warming up more to him as the actor is settling into the role. I like most of the characters on this show. Also, I am interested in seeing what happens if Eva indeed goes and lives with the new doctor that was introduced. I could see this adding another layer to her story, maybe she will become more vixen-ish, on what type of relationship they end up having. And/or maybe she will end up becoming more hardened as she deals with being an outcast, especially if she falls out with Leslie as well. I think that AM will do a good job of showcasing the different layers of this character as she deals with the fallout of the affair/paternity reveal.

      Got another sad news from the Bahamian community (not a celebrity)  https://www.instagram.com/p/DJMSrYCgyes/?igsh=NTc4MTIwNjQ2YQ== Former Bahamian Senate President J Henry Bostwick, Husband of former 1st Bahamian Female Cabinet Minister Dame Janet Bostwick is dead yesterday on his 86th birthday.    Thanks and for those who've aren't familiar with the talk shows in The Bahamas on this thread here, his talk show named The Freedom March with Dr Rodney Moncur that airs on ILTV and The Beat 103.5 FM Nassau every weekday afternoons.
