Coming into August (yay!), it does seem like the show is finding its groove and going through one of its good periods aka more than ONE storyline going on. And they are fairly balanced out as well as intriguing.

This rivalry between Katie and Poppy has been...popping. Hehe. Pun intended. Just when it looked like Katie might be getting one over Poppy, Poppy went right ahead and told Bill about her past with Tom and the possibility that he could have been Luna's dad. So...your move, Katie. lol. I guess I'm missed HT in Victoria mode for a long time so it's good to see her mixed it up with another female.

And that filters into the whole murder mystery. Who killed Hollis and Tom? Could it be someone from Poppy's past that we don't know about? Or is there someone on canvas that has a connection to Poppy that we don't know about? Or could Bill had already known before Poppy said anything? it does seem like Justin will be around for a while. Though I would hate to see a Barber being a killer.

The Return of Brooke's Bedroom continues to be goofy fun. And KKL has been looking great. And goodness knows I have enjoyed Steffy rolling her eyes...right into losing her passport.

And now...here comes Will...at last...feels like things are looking up.

He praised Heather Tom to the skies -- a great move -- and seemed comfortable in responding. He didn't try to do too much nor fade into the background. HT was the pro she always is.

I would hope so since at one point she was his father's sister. lol. Respect.

Bad amazing?😂😉

I told you he has his dad's tics.😂

He is Katie's son. Of course it should be since she played sister to his father on Y&R.😂

I hope he gets the chance to shine on his own, without the constant comparisons. I know how being always compared to a famous relative can be... hard. I prefer to think of him as Crew Morrow and not someone's son. I am rooting for him to maybe be our first lead gay character... or at least a smart villain that can stir the pot.

With HT as his 'fairy godmother' I have no doubt that he will emerge a strong actor in his own right.

As for Will...given his dad...I would say villain. If we are lucky...complex villain.

The acting standard is not that high, so if he doesn't scream like Poppy and doesn't cry like Finn... I'm good to go. Just needs to reduce the head-movements a bit and maybe a different haircut - and he's good to go.

I'm sure the acting standard isn't high. But one thing that Bell soaps could do...and some ABC shows...was putting newbies with vets. Bonus if they were vets known for their awesome acting. It used to help a newbie grow up quickly. I know it's debatable, but it worked with JM being around HT on Y&R so I feel good about his son being around her now. And DD can bring it as well so it just depends on who he will be orbitting going forward.

Anything above the level of cringe that we had to endure when Finn was mourning Sheila is great by me. I just can't stand wooden-emotionless acting. As an actor myself, it just irks me, seeing the missed opportunities. Crew Morrow, even from his 1-2 scenes, has shown to have potential and even if he is not Al Pacino, he is not Liberty Biberty and he has charisma that will work in the show. Just the head movements - but maybe it's a pet peeve I have. Late Hunter Tylo used to shake her head so much, I would get dizzy watching her.

Well, looking forward to seeing Will later today. Break a leg Josh Morrow's son!!

He wasn't on today's episode.

Today's episode sucked!

Hope having her Finn massage and kisses fantasies.

Seeing rapist Zende.

Luna and Poppi and the ridiculous murders.

So Ridge and Brooke went all the way to Monte Carlo to show a lame video?😂

That video with various unknowns watching it was soooooo bad!

The show seems so outdated.

It really needs someone to freshen this soap because its not Bradley that will do it.

After more than a year, I decided to binge last week's B&B.

As others have pointed out, the show finally has a few stories going on.

Using the umbrella story of the Tom/Hollis murders made the interactions between Katie/Poppy a lot more interesting. This is the version of Katie (Victoria) I strongly prefer.

It was interesting enough that I'll binge this week's over the weekend.

Uhm never gonna happen. He'll be B&B's Nicholas Newman.

I'm thinking Rick 2 knowing Bradley.
