As the show heads into the summer season, “General Hospital” executive producer Frank Valentini recently revealed that a familiar face is heading back to Port Charles, and viewers are going to “go crazy for HIM.”

Valentini’s comments stem from an interview with ABC 7’s On the Red Carpet on Friday night during “The 51st Annual Daytime Emmy Awards” as he was fresh off the stage from taking home the show’s fourth consecutive win for Outstanding Daytime Drama Series.

Although the show is keeping mum on who the likely returning cast member could be, social media is ablaze with wonder as fans clamor for the return of several favorites, including Bryan Craig as Morgan Corinthos, Jack Wagner as Frisco Jones, Jonathan Jackson as Lucky Spencer, and even Roger Howarth as one of his many former characters.

In addition to Valentini teasing, other upcoming plot twists fans can look forward to include wrapping up the FBI storyline and who might get romantically involved with Gio (Giovanni Mazza), among other storyline plots.

You can watch the interview with cast members below.

Frank Valentini looks...overwhelmed in that screenshot.

If he isn't talking about John J. York or Roger Howarth, then he's probably talking about someone who was superfluous before, like the dude who played "Magic Milo."
