That's true. Tracy is a surprisingly private woman for all her approach, and doesn't like to be singled out through affection. I would like to see him do more for her as well.

Started a Happy Anniversary thread on SOC - please post.

I already know Lainey is going to hate today, so will others. It wasn't that great for LuNacy until the end when Luke quickly put it together that Tracy might be in trouble. Then he had a look of worry that mirrored Tracy's look that Helena was counting on Luke coming for Tracy so he could be in Hell's trap as well. (At least Hells didn't pretend that Luke wouldn't come or they shared more 'past' that Luke was telling Tracy)

Interesting little blip - Luke thought Tracy was giving him the up-yours by travelling to the Caribbean and sleeping with Cabana boys. Lukey sounded pretty bitter about that one, lol.. Now it's long believed that Tracy is faithful as the day is long, but what is she allowing LUKE to believe???? Kinda serves him right for his flirting with anything in a skirt.

We could have done shots to the word "Anniversary" though. Luke and Skye mentioned it numerous times, and Tracy said it at least once.

Why does Skye remember his and Tracy's Anny? I mean who remembers their ex's anny with another woman. Skye is a bit stalkerish when she showed up at the Haunted Star.

And yeah, i wasn't too please with Luke trying to kiss Skye. Wtf is he thinking. he knows he would have gotten some on this day of all. Geez.

Agreed. Aside from the Skye thing being in bad taste, why is she stuck on Luke's anniversary date and why go to the HS KNOWING he would be celebrating with Tracy? What is going on with her?

The only reason I remember my ex's anniversary is because he told me himself that he choice that date for the historic significance, and it was a month after mine. Without those two pins I wouldn't remember anything.

I don't feel shat upon. I'm not pleased about Skye obviously, but I think the fact that the anniversary was mentioned so much was acceptable. We already knew Tracy would be MIA - so really this May 19th was the same kind of spring board as May 19th, 2005. I imagine when they finally reunited Tracy will give him grief for falling into Helena's trap and Luke won't care because he'll be so happy to know she's safe.

I know.... what could it be? He has already told her a million times he loves her, comes home to her alone, that she's the centre of it all and makes life worthwhile. It's too late to worry about consummation - been there done that many, many times according the them. Outside of legalities what else is there?

I don't know..maybe it is an overblown spoiler...

I tweeted the SID guy and said i hope tody wasn't the REALLY good luke/tracy/helena that he said to TRUST ME is coming! LOL

I just keep thinking that everytime luke has to fight to get tracy back, it ends up being really good lunacy scenes before he leaves....hoping the pattern continues

seriously the most shocking reveal would be that he has never cheated on her ever! I would be shocked!

true..it would be cute though if they went to vegas and got married again for real

I keep thinking guza saying skye would unexpectedly renew and deepen their romance...and how luke and tracy are deeply in love...etc. Then he did say something about just how far can helena push luke....and that shocking secrets are revealed.

I just want more than two sixty seconds scenes a week...is that too much to ask?

I agree..there is no way they will be ending over this...

This is the pattern...he pisses her off....then he fights to get her back...and always does.

was helena sitting in that chair today talking to tracy from the pics or is there hope of continuation tomorrow?

how did luke leave it in the end today?

Yes those mediapics were today. Helena was sitting in teh chair talking to Tracy about getting Luke to rescue her and she hoped soon with all of Tracy's yelling or did she say screeching. lol. Tracy asked her why she didn;t just get Luke if she wanted him and Helena told her she needed both of them.

    • @Soapsuds Thanks for posting Night by night Mon 8pm The Rookies edged Gunsmoke but attracted younger(more desirable) viewers.NBC failed with Born Free/Smothers Brothers (how many different series did those 2 get??) 9-11pm  Maude/Rhoda/Medical Center dominated on CBS,but Football and Movies were competitive on an occasional basis. ABC tried  SWAT/Caribe later in the season and the former worked for them. Tues 8-11 pm CBS all the way Good Times, MASH, Hawaii Five O,Barnaby Jones. NBC had the fading Adam 12,Movie and Police Story mmm...don't see that listed? ABC Happy Days, which ABC decided to keep despite lackluster ratings, the Movie of the Week and Marcus Welby-once pulling big numbers but no longer. 8pm NBC had a new hit with Little House, easily beating Sons and Daughters, which was axed and replaced with Tony Orlando, which did much better. ABC had That's My Mama and the Wed movie. 9pm Cannon was the lead here as Lucas Tanner failed to capitalize on the LHOTP leadin. ABC continued the movie. 10pm Manhunter started strong for CBS but petered out and was cancelled. Petrocelli manged to beat Get Christie Love, which was replaced by Baretta-no ratings winner but ABC decided to renew. Thurs Another CBS night with The Waltons and a movie. ABC counterprogrammed with Odd Couple/Paper Moon then Barney Miller/Karen NBC did even worse with Sierra and replaced it with Mac Davis which improved ratings quite a bit. However, it was moved to 9pm for Sunshine/Bob Crane 9pm Some good numbers for ABC with Streets of San Francisco fending off Ironside,Archer and Mac Davis. 10pm Harry O had a slim victory over Movin On Fri 8-11 NBCs best night Sanford/Chico/Rockford/Police Woman. 8pm CBS had high hopes for Planet of the Apes but it bombed. Replacement Khan did even worse. Paul Sand and We'll Get By were tossed in at the end of the season. With poor lead ins the Friday movie didn't deliver. ABC's odd line up saw Kodiak flop, Six Million dollar Man struggle and Texas Wheelers  quickly cancelled. Kung Fu was brought in @8 and Six Million moved to 9. Then Kolchak took over at 8 and Hot*l Baltimore/Odd Couple 9-10. Despite controversy Hot*l flopped. 10pm ABC tried Kolchak then Baretta and finally Get Christie Love Sat CBS lead  with #1 AITF then Paul Sand/MTM/Bob Newhart/Carol Burnett. Paul Sand lost too much of the lead in so CBS spun off The Jeffersons and it was a smash. NBC did OK with Emergency (which beat Paul Sand on occasion, thus hastening that show's demise) and a movie. ABC was a disaster with New Land/Kung Fu and Nakia all failing. They introduced a movie @9 and moved Kung Fu to 8. Sun  NBC  with Disney and Mystery Movie (Columbo McCloud, MacMillan and Wife/Amy Prentiss)did well. ABC flopped with Sonny Bono and recovered by moving Six Million Dollar Man from Fri as a lead in to the movie. CBS hoped Apples Way would be another Waltons but no, so Cher did what Sonny couldn't. Kojak and Mannix successfully finished out the night. Two other shows on the ratings list were Adams of Eagle Lake starring Andy Griffith. Only 2 episodes aired and did well, so I'm not sure what happened there. As for The Law it was a series follow up to a 2 and a half hour NBC special movie .

    • Trust is very easily lost and very hard to re-build.
    • Oh, I know it was. I was just talking about how it's not giving me parallels to Caroline dying. It's really as far from it as possible.  But about the foreshadowing - Hahahhahah. Yes. And you missed one - Liam googling - "what is cancer"...
    • GH 2-17-21 Denise Alexander's last appearance https://www.instagram.com/p/DJdjXgwJ1Ez/
    • @Maxim This Liam dying out of the blue was crafted in a hurry for three reasons: 1. To facilitate JMW's leave 2. To prop Steffy - 'Oh, Steffy has so much grace and moral superiority that she ignored everything that swine HoLo did to tell her for the sake of their daughters. Queen Stephanie would be so proud of her!' 3. Distracting Steffy enough to give Lunacy an easy way to slither into Finn's life. Once Luna discovers that Lame is dying, she'll play that card: 'Dad, life is too short and precious!' If this was an intentional story, we would've had the typical B&B foreshadowing - Liam faceplanting into a bowl of pasta, Lame missing meetings, being forgetful. Instead, Lame does an impulsive quick quit and $B doesn't even care enough to make a single attempt to get him back? Please.
    • https://www.tvinsider.com/1180503/denise-alexander-dead-general-hospital-lesley-webber/ Alexander made her soap opera debut as Lois Adams on The Clear Horizon in 1960, but her big break came in 1966 when she was cast as Susan Hunter Martin on Days of Our Lives while still attending college at UCLA. As Susan, Alexander played a host of dramatic tales, including murdering her husband David Martin (played by Clive Clerk) in May 1967 after the death of their son. “She started out as the bad girl and was thrown out of boarding school for smoking and drinking,” recalled Alexander to We Love Soaps TV. “The character caught on and sparked something with the audience, and that is how Susan became an important part of the show. I was there for almost seven years…. I had such a wonderful time on Days. It was like going to camp every day for me. I loved the people, loved the show, and loved what I got to do. They loved the character and liked me as an actor and gave me lots of neat stuff to do. I didn’t even ask for a vacation for five years because if I worked 365 days a year, I thought I was great. It was a very good time in my life.” In 1973, Alexander was in contract negotiations with Days when ABC offered significant perks to the actress to join General Hospital to play Dr. Lesley Williams. Though Alexander loved her time in Salem, she decided to leave. “It was [Days’ Executive Producer] Betty Corday who sent me to General Hospital,” Alexander told welovesoaps.net. “She said, ‘You must do this.’ So when I went to General Hospital..."

    • Now that GL and LOL synopses are being added I'd welcome requests for specific soaps from 1976.
