I was after sugar-free cookies & I found some that were almost everything-free. I have tended to think those taste like cardboard but these were different. So much so that I wrote it down. Pecan Sandies Brand: nunbelievable. Gluten free, grain free, no added sugar, 1g net carb per serving, serving size 4 cookies! Sounds like it tastes like cardboard? Noooo divine. Sent it to a friend but unfortunately it has dairy & she's a no on that, too. Please pardon the brief OT paragraph. I am diabetic which means no or low sugar & also low carb.

I know BD isn't a classic leading man looks wise or anything, but he's really solid at playing almost anything.  He's quite good at comedic work and I think Steve excels at working as a straight man to funny antics as Jason and as Harris.

Jada said Roman put the gluten free buns on the menu which makes it more weird that Steve didn't notice Jada asked for a gluten free bun when ordering.

Listen, Days makes no sense, but my sister orders a bunch of gluten free buns, bread, pasta, soups all the time.  If you actually have the allergy and aren't being annoying no gluten can even touch anything that has gluten and it's really hard to monitor.

See ya, scan writers! You made some mistakes but you had a good run. I wonder if we’ll ever get a definitive answer as to who the writers were lol

I have mixed feelings about this Alex/Kristen thing. It’s good to see her getting over Brady but it’s so out of character for her to be someone’s side piece and to be okay with it. I know they gave us some excuses today about her being horny and that it’s not serious with Alex, but it still seems out of character. As for Alex, today was classic RSW-trying to come off as sincere but the way he plays it saying otherwise.

And, he’s gotta be pretty stupid or playing Theresa if he really thinks that she didn’t want a commitment from him.

As for Harris/Ava/Lucas, I guess Lucas had a good reason for getting back in the monks robe today lol hopefully his last scenes lead to the end of Clyde.

And I’m glad that Andrew and the ISA were able to crack the code on Clyde’s black book. Too bad we didn’t see him do it though

Supposedly it is posted at Daytime Dish. I cannot get registered so must be a "Guest". I've plugged different names into Search with no results. And, I don't mean results that say your guess was wrong but simply doesn't search so finds nothing. Maybe it's because of the guest status. Is anyone here a member there? If so, search on Anderson, on Sussman & on Whitesell.

Every time I warm up to EOB's Theresa and her stupid wig she does something ridiculous like turning down a good job because she's in a relationship with a rich guy lol.  I would feel worse about Alex playing her if she wasn't scamming him as well.

The EJ/Kristen scenes were strange.  Kristen's audacity at Sloan working alone on the baby switch felt weird.  She remembers she hired a double to give birth to EJ and fool John, no?   I know she had Stefano's help, but Sloan's whole plot was MUCH less complicated.  At least she mentioned the whole Rachel situation.

Again, I was a huge Lucas fan in his 90's/2000's heyday, but every time BD shows up I just love Lucas.  I know the show currently writes him a bit dopier than he should be, but BD deserves a contract.  He really works well with everybody.

I think BD is generally used for comedic value these days which is a disservice to him as he's good in multiple roles.  It's a win/win for the show because he's a Horton and Kate needs one child on canvas.  I don't really see anyone to pair him with, but he's just the type of character that has relationships with so many people on the show.

Just in case, I checked with a good person at Daytime Royalty & the information has not been posted there, for sure. I hate not knowing. We know S. Anderson was there but was not HW. Sussman & Whitesell are rumored but I hate dealing with rumors!

About DAYS today I am not able to say a fifth good day in a row. I thought today was more or  less, mostly more, lame.

EJ now wants to get Paulina recalled & win a presumed special election & be Mayor?! Really? Uh, why?!!

Lucas was back as Friar Monk again, GROAN. Why did Ava get the good hat?

Who or what is Snake & why do we care?

Lucas sprayed Goldman in the face with anti-bear spray?!! OMG! He may have blinded her.

Let's see. What was good? No Leo. No boring Chanel & Johnny. No Stultifyingly Stupid Stephanie. Marlena has a picture of BabyWasJude on her desk & made no move to take it off. Today was Roman's day to be supportive of PoorEric.

Oh, well, maybe Friday will be a good DAYS. But, tomorrow is RonBack, right?

    • I'm copying and pasting the entire post because, while I enjoyed the watch, I agree with every single one of your points (as I posted above I thought the dialogue tried for clever sophistication without sounding realistic throughout, in fact.)
    • I've just been over Josslyn since her corn costume on Halloween, putting her into a "leading lady" kind of position, simply because she is Carly's daughter, all while backburning other children is annoying AF.
    • Hilarious that Steffy just barges into Brooke's house to see Hope without knocking. Ridge bought it, so I guess she feels she's entitled to.
    • Joss is nowhere near the top of my list to keep currently.  I just wouldn't kill her off and consider bringing her back sometime down the line.  I guess it depends on how well the show is able to develop the next generation of talent with Rocco, Danny, Georgie, etc.
    • I've watched more episodes, but I wanted to make one short comment before I made my longer post. Someone on the show loves dressing men in ways where they have plunging necklines and show lots of chest hair. Not complaining but I think Chief Marceau (sp?) and Logan are the only two who have not shown their chest hair at this point. I have now watched episodes 6077 to 6090. I'm up to September 11, 1979. Nancy and Mike have returned from their vacation. Ann Flood is another wonderful presence. She's only had a few scenes, but I already like her. They're worrying about Draper and his lost job offer in New York. The truth is slowly coming out. I can't say that I'm invested all that much. I still don't care all that much about Draper, but he's no longer bellowing and whining so it's all good. He has had some nice scenes with April and there was an uncomfortable confrontation with Margo. Draper and Logan's scenes are where I like him the best. The two actors play well off each other. Also, Draper and Raven have an interesting thing in scenes. I wonder if they hook up at some point. They always give each other weird looks during scenes. Is this foreshadowing? Hmmm. The Raven of it all. MY word Sharon Gabet is amazing. How did she not win the Emmy? Was this going on during the Judith Light time? Gabet owns every scene. Raven and Eliot's scenes crack me up. Gabet and Lois Kibee are giving masterclass acting scenes in their moments together. I never wanted their confrontations to end. Kibbee's Geraldine has discovered Raven doing something she should not be doing and that confrontation was pitch perfect. The later scene with Logan was shocking. He does something that I've rarely seen on soaps. Such good storytelling and acting. I also liked how April and Draper were drawn into the madness.  Paige/Tobias/kidnapping/Steve: This is the one storyline that suffers because I came into the show late. I'm not connecting to it as much although I enjoy it. Steve and his low cut shirt amuse me. Calvin is such a cute and bright presence. I thought they were writing him off, but he's back  so apparently not. Marceau seems to be leaving but I hope not. The actor is wonderful. Deborah has come back in the episode I just started so Frances Fisher is here. I will say the actor playing Tobias is excellent. I think he was on another ABC show I watched but I'm not googling.  Nora/Owen/Eddie/Brian/Paige: After a week of non-stop Nora, the movie storyline has not started full force yet. It's more about Nora's drinking and Brian and Paige's feelings for each other. Nora is becoming more manipulative as she lies to all of them so they will make the movie. Owen revealed Brian's secret which I accidentally guessed from the first episode, but I actually don't think it's true. Eliot/Margo: Margo had a fantastic scene with April where April confronted her about the real relationship she has with Eliot. Mario admitted the truth. It's so refreshing when characters are intelligent and honest. It makes their mistakes even more heartbreaking. They're not idiots. Eliot is such a fabulous character. He's an absolute slime and yet he's one of the most compelling characters on the show. So nice to be hooked into a soap opera again.
    • Joss can go, permanently; killed off, body bag and all, and never ever return.

    • I was under the impression that it is always wrong to post private email unless there is some threat of bodily harm. But I think your doing so brings up an interesting point since it shows that I had known about the illness/disease since the prior April if I am wrong & you are right & my point was to break the news why didn't I post it ages ago? My reply is that my point was never about scoop or breaking news.  Somewhere in this onslaught you've said I posted about some actors having an affair. I have zero idea what or who you're talking about.  You mention a cast member's medical condition which about a dozen people discussed & someone NOT ME began the discussion at least a month before I joined it.  Is everyone who took part in that conversation based on having concern for the actress in trouble or just me? There are definitely things that are not true ... and they are not lies told by me. Probably they are things being misremembered.
    • Lol.  I still believe there is a place for Joss on the canvas.  This just isn't it and I am not sure Eden McCoy is the right choice for the role.
    • I haven't read it since high school--but it has stuck with me and is a pretty important book (as a kid I did always assumed it was related to the Wells work too

    • I am entertained by the Duprees.
