Yeah, I figured SA was pretty much out of acting.  Not sure if she retired from it or just couldn't get work.  I just remember she was arrested for Public intoxication or thrown off a plane, both?  Hope she is doing well.  There are a lot of actresses out there that could play the part though.

Per a TMZ report, she was booted from a plane and arrested in November 2012 for public intoxication in Dallas, Texas. And she reportedly pushed a flight attendant. And you're right: there are a lot of actresses out there that could equally do the job. Question is: who?

Cassandra Creech would be nice as wold Sherri Saum. Kimberly Elise is another name I'd throw into the ring; she isn't daytime but I've enjoyed her work in film and primetime.

This rumor has been floating around for about 25 years now.  I don't think it's a recent thing.  Everyone can hate Sbu all they want, but when the show allows him to make decisions that's more on GH than an actor.

KE would be good.  I think there are at least 20 actresses we could name who could work.  Keesha didn't have enough story to really pinpoint an actress.  She could basically be almost anyone (with a secret AJ kid).

Yup. Anyone, and it could be a good reset for the character, and she's only been a former waitress, so she easily could have pursued some kind of career. A chef? Something?

Then just don't hire him back if he doesn't want to play the material?   Again, there are lots of reasons to hate SBu, but if GH is giving him this power then it's on them.  He couldn't even follow basic mandates.  But the tale of Jason getting his memory back and Steve refusing goes back years and years.

I was thinking maybe something to do with the Ward house and doing non-profit to honor Mary Mae?

Agreed.  I don't think played out SBu/Jason Morgan is worth the get if he's just allowed to have a say in his own material.  And I like Jason more than most here.
