On Paramount+ that far back it's just a 2 min. clip. No credits.

Looks like she is taking over for Liz Korte

Yup, that looks like the Script Editor position.  We were wondering when/if Korte was going to give up the position because doing both jobs would be really hard. So after approximately 22 years, Korte is no longer GH's script editor.  And I think it was smart of them to hire a veteran daytime writer for the role.
