This is a long shot but does anyone remember the one starring Danica Stewart (Jessica Bennett #3 from Passions) called Coastal Dreams? It had NBC backing I believe & aired in 2007. I've been looking all over for episodes or even clips of it.

Not A Clue Sorry, but it is Registered on IMDB, so you are certainly not just imagining it!

Yesterday I was watching some lost media videos and was surprised to see a number of them revolve around a web soap that ran for nine episodes in 96/97 (with scripts written for three more), called CR6. Brendan Fehr, who went on to Roswell and other projects, is the best-known cast member. 

The show is mostly known because of the man who created it. There were a lot of claims that he didn't pay the people involved. He was a very volatile figure (to put it kindly) who then seemingly fled to Chile and may or may not have killed himself in 2006. 

As with all web soaps from that time, sadly, the episodes do not seem to survive, but there are several promotional videos. I'll also link to the lost media page.
