I have decided today to finally go NO-CONTACT with her and have already blocked all her means of communication. Second: You won't be the first or the last whose mother said they regretted giving birth to. It's your mother's fault her life turned out the way it did. She made the choices that lead to where she is now. You had no say in it. Don't blame yourself or feel guilty. Instead of being bitter...she should be grateful she has a son. It's too bad she doesn't appreciate you. Yes, move on with your life and husband.
