I guess any upward movement is a cause for celebration nowadays. Good for DAYS ☺

Good for them I guess, but for what? The show's been snoozeworthy for weeks now.

DAYS needs JFP ASAP. she would come with huge exciting story for the show. she would boost ratings way up.

I know but with Corday there, and still alive, I just don't think we'd ever see her grace their doors. I think she's done with soaps. She'd have no power anyway. I just could never see her on DAYS. I wish someone would improve the lighting though. Soaps are way too bright.

The thing is JFP has ways to boost ratings. DAYS she could go for broke at least improve the lighting. Honestly she could boost the soap. Albert Alarr is not doing it. Problem is JFP is expensive or maybe hire her as a creative consultant. she is very strategic in boosting numbers.

JFP is nothing but tricks and stunts. Huge snowstorm! Devastating tornado! Building collapse! Bomb set off at a major gathering! Kill a beloved character! Kill a child!

 

That spikes ratings (maybe) but doesn't help in the longterm.

 

If Sussman can repair the damage that Griffin,Pissy the showkiller ,Altman and Pratt and Phelps has put upon Y&R  you are going to see a great  soap in Y&R!

Great stories that come out of character and history that doesn't rely totally on stunts!

Now THAT is smart tv!
