Purchased in 2007 for $2.7 million, Dame Joan's pad is over the top glamorous. As an aside, Diahann Carroll lives in the building too. I always liked the idea of them riding the elevator together - Alexis and Dominique, together again. Members DaytimeFan Posted June 5, 2015 Author Members Share Posted June 5, 2015 Dame Joan has three other homes. 1) A three bedroom co-op in midtown Manhattan that she bought in 2002 and has had rented out for many years. 2) A flat in the Belgravia section of London that she's owned for the last 26 years. 3) A 6 bedroom villa in the south of France near St. Tropez that she's owned for the last 27 years or so.
