Members Adam
Its so great to see the city celebrating again! New Orleans was down but certainly not out! Happy Mardis Gras! I also heard something really disturbing on the news today, with the whole Mardis Gras going on apparently a companie is running tours of the devasted areas which are still not inhabitable. That is just not right! Something should be done to stop it!

Shrimp Hennican (Creole) Chicken Etouffee White Rice Green Beans & Okra Corn Bread Salad Bar, Dressings Pecan Pie w/ Chocolate Whipped Topping Planter's Punch ( though definitely not as good as authetic Cajun and Creole food obviously...lol)

Members Ms. Walsh
Massachusetts. LOL Obviously, I have yet to experience real New Orleans food, though Emeril did go to the cooking school near my house. My college had "Mardi Gras food" for dinner at one of the dining rooms, and it was good for faux-Mardi Gras food. My French high school teacher went to Mardi Gras once and it seemed like so much fun. I might try to go next year if I can manage to get a ride from here!
