Resurrection: Discussion Thread

I think this pilot was a lot better than some of the overpraised pilots in the last few years (The Americans, ugh) and it completely drew me in. Within the first 10 minutes I felt invested in this family and this little town and I'm sure if I can tell you why. I think it's mostly because I know Frances Fisher and the guy who played the dad on That 70s Show are great actors, I was drawn into the idea of this family getting their child back just because I trust the actors to handle it well and they did.

I think this show has plenty of promise, so long as they don't make it JUST about the mystery.

The pilot was great, however the second episode was boring and dull. Fell asleep during the middle of it. I give it another try this coming Sunday.

It be cool if someone can back from cremation or the 1800's ...lol

You got your wish. Somebody did come back who was cremated. And if you want someone resurrected from the 1800's you should watch Sleepy Hollow.

Good episode, they're either clones or aliens

Epic fail, after 32 years Jacob's body would have decomposed, it looked like he was just buried

It was a good episode. There are so many questions to be answered. More each week. Why is their metabolism so high? I thought the whole bank robbery thing was a flasback. And I was really scared Caleb was going to hurt his son.
