I think it would have added more to his motives if Gabi was having a son and Nick was scared Will would molest him

That would be a really good story, actually. Too dark for daytime, I think.

How long before Julie starts making excuses for Nick? I really hate how they act like Nick is the only Horton in this situation and are throwing Will out on his own

I'm going to say this last month DAYS has improved drastically. Days of our Lives has become addictive again! I'm loving it and the scriptwriters have been on fire writing interesting and entertaining dialogue. The actors are doing such a good job with this baby story. They are making me wish I was in Salem to help them out. Nick is driving me insane. Whenever a soap makes you have those type of emotions then that is good soap opera.

I'd be more concerned about the amount of fan mail they would receive from the audience who shared Nick's fears. I enjoy what they manage to get away with on "Days" with the gay content after reading some of the (insane) comments that were posted after Will kissed that dayplayer last February sweeps.

If Will goes to jail, then Nick and Gabi can petition the courts for full custody regardless.

couldn't Sami try to prevent that using Nick's prison record against him?

Sami doesn't have any say in this without Will.

I don't even get how Will can go to jail when he was a minor when this crime was committed

I don't even think it'll go that far anyway since Nick will most likely be murdered before/after the baby is born

He probably can't go to jail for attempted murder, but Lucas will go to jail again and Will can get brought up on conspiracy after the fact charges and obstruction of justice.

even that given his age at the time, I can see probation at the most, but not jail time over it. Lucas as his father covering it up would get in the most trouble but considering he went to jail for it already, can they really bring up charges against him again for lying. LOL...Ive never heard of someong perjurging themselves to go to jail and when they got out, went back to jail for lying about it in the first place. I think this is one of the cases where the DA probably wouldn't bother to waste tax dollars on, considering Lucas served time for a more serious charge in this case
