I don't think the shows need a P&G invasion (as that's how it might be perceived) .. I don't want backlash. There is a strong P&G influence already behind the scenes and with some of the new cast, and I'm happy with that.

I think GA would be all wrong for Cord and that's a role that doesn't need to be recasted

I love GA and I am wondering if he's playing a character that's it's probably someone for Blair especially since Ted King said it didn't work out him coming to nuOLTL

I know crossovers are largely not popular, but I wouldn't mind seeing minor ones at all. And as I think has been discussed, I don't see the jump in years being an issue whatsoever--it's not going to be aknowledged what year they're in exactly--time is such an ephemeral concept on soaps that it doesn't really matter (the only real difficulty is if you do something like Dallas/Knots where a character closely tied to one show by family connections, or whatever, is aknowledged as dead on one and then that's dropped on the other. IMHO even with the "dream season," if Knots hadn't aknowledged Bobby's death--though they were in the right to do so--it wouldn't have been an issue.)

...or Joe Riley...

I don't think a handful of actors would be a P&G invasion. Besides, some of these people were also on ABC shows. P&G's older actors (older as in over 40 and up - a lot of those under that age I don't care about seeing again) were some of the finest on TV, and they would elevate any plotline.

I think it would depend on if it made sense to a character. I don't think people would like characters being essentially created to bring on a P&G veteran. Of course I agree with you that there were many fine P&G actors, and I would add many in the younger generation as well.

I think Kim Zimmer would be a candidate to return to OLTL since she was just on it. How do you feel about that?
