Celebrities who loved soaps

So what celebrites do you guys know of that love soaps? I know Princess Diana and Elizabeth Taylor loved GH and Billy Currington loves GH. Reba McEntire was an All My Children fan and Julia Roberts loves DAYS. Wasn't Dolly Parton a One Life to Live fan or All My Children? I can't remember.

I've always thought Julia Roberts might guest on DOOL given what a huge fan of the show she is. She said once about how she was all excited she got to sit next to the DOOL cast at the People's Choice Awards one year lol

You guys crack me up!

Well that's somebody mellow.png

I remember an E! special where they interviewed JR, and she talked about being a DAYS fan and calling someone, I guess during the SSK storyline, and asking them, "Is Abe dead?" and then they showed the clip where Lexie finds out he's dead (only not, of course).

Almost forgot to mention Betty White was a Guiding Light fan. She was the one who did the farewell tribute to GL at the 2009 daytime Emmy's. She said she had watched since the beginning.

She said she had watched since the beginning.

When she was only, what, 200 years old?

I think Betty White's probably the only living person to have been around since the beginning of the soap opera genre.
