I read that comment before I read the interview, and that person is reading things that aren't there. JE seems to have a very healthy relationship with her job, "the work", I see nothing impersonal about her approach at all.

Exactly. The lunat-- I mean, "soap fan" is basically whining because JE dared to interrupt her fantasy with reality.

There's nothing at all wrong with JE's approach to her job, because it is just that: a job. Yes, actors act, because they love the art of performance. At the end of the day, though, they have to eat and pay the bills just like everyone else.

Meh. Edward died with David Lewis, as far as I'm concerned.
