John McCook: 14 episodes

Seriously?!?!?!

Meanwhile, the most boring character in daytime history, Hope Logan, have been on 114 episodes!

Is it any wonder why it feels like it's the Hope/Liam/Steffy/Brooke show?? It's cause it is!!!!!!!!!

I think it's awful that John McCook has only been in 14 episodes. That's a huge slap in the face to him, not to mention Susan Flannery as well, only appearing in 36.

I think Susan's diminished role is her choice.

As for John McCook, I think he's lucky to still be on the show, as IMO Eric lost all purpose as a character many years ago.

Exactly. They might just as well kill Eric off, and have the family fight over the inheritance.After all, that is one of the most classic soap stories.

They keep McCook/Eric around out of respect. B&B takes huge pride in that it still has 4 of its remaining cast members on the show. Unless they choose to leave, all 4 will be there to the bitter end
