Something tells me that since Johnny is not a hero, like RC's vision of Victor/Todd, and Ford, they may eventually call it this. Who knows. The whole thing was tacky and unbelievable, and pointless, especially if it leads to more Sonny/Carly. LW and MB are terrible together.

This is all stale, stale, stale. I already imagine we will hear about how this revives soaps and Doug Marland is crying angelic tears.

They also should have covered up Johnny's hot, hairy chest if they wanted us to care about anything else in the scene...

I could understand how Marty and Jessica were violated, Jessica had the judgement of a teenager and Marty was not given proper information to inform her decision. I do think this case is more grey though, Connie is a part of Kate (we can't say she isn't, she is just not an integrated part) and Connie wanted it. Yes for destructive purposes but she still committed to the act and was willing in her plan to destroy Skate. I wouldn't call that 'rape'. I am sympathetic to Kate though, who is a prison in her own body.

Since RC does not adore Johnny the way he did Victor and Ford, I wonder if this will be called rape when the truth about Kate comes out. In RC land, if the man is "good," then the rapes aren't rape, as they are pure and done out of love.
