Good! I hate them and their atrocious customer service

This sucks. Best Buy was not the best store in the world but it was one of the few places left where I could just run in on the spur of the moment and buy a new DVD. I miss stores, and online has killed them all. Tower Record, Virgin Megastore, Borders...the next generation won't even understand the concept of browsing. Shopping online is just no fun.

I have mixed feelings about it. They have awful customer service but they are the last place in my area to have CDs and DVDs plus electronics...tvs, dvd players, computers, tablets...etc.....All the online business has made them lose money. I heard Amazon was one reason why they weren't as successful. I guess I could still order online from BestBuy which I do on occasion.

I have always bought my laptops from Best Buy, by with the state they are in when I need a new one I think I will have to look elsewhere.

In southern NH, we have Best Buy, FYE, Newbury Comics, Target, and that's about it unless you want to go online.
