I always thought alot of those telenovelas looked interesting but bc of the language barrier, I didnt know what the heck was going on http://latimesblogs....subtitles-.html One night as an experiment, I had my best friend -- who's from Ecuador -- translate an episode of a telenovela for me. We just turned on Univision and settled for whatever was on. It's like an entirely different world actually hearing it in English in tandem with watching it in Spanish. You get the nuances, the reactions, the music cues... it all makes sense.
February 3, 201214 yr Member This is good news except I tried it while watching El Talisman this week but can't get it to work on my tv. I select CC3 under captioning options like I read to do but get nothing.
