She's suing MTV. It'll be damn hard for her to prove anything bc these people get wasted all the time and hook up with each other. Not to mention they are filmed and there are tons of people around. She is not the most credible person so all this past stuff she has done on the show will be brought up. Part of me just thinks she is made because she is no longer being asked to do the show. If it's true, then heads need to roll. Those guys do all kinds of stupid sh!t in the name of "it's just jokes," but they never quit when they go too far.
